Wir waren zum ersten mal in diesem Hotel und sind sehr positiv überrascht wurden. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und arbeiten kundrnorientiert. Die Bäder sind insgesamt sauber, Angebot Geschlechtsgetrennt baden zu gehen ist vorhanden. Der Außenpool trotzt kalter Wetterlage angenehm beheitzt. Angebote im Wellnessbereich sind gegen Aufpreis, jedoch angemessen. Frühstück und Abendbuffet miz viel Auswahl und Ausreichend, Essen war lecker. Zimmerausstattung modern und gepflegt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Very good short staying on the way from Antalya to Istanbul. Good pools, wonderful thermals, nice food and good shopping.

Très belle hôtel dans l'ensemble, nous sommes allé pour profiter des eaux thermales qui sont très bénéfique pour la santé. Le personnel nous a ouvert gratuitement un espace privé pour les spa qui sont normalement payantes car l'espace des spa publique était en travaux. Si je reviens je réserverais cette espace privée car cétais magnifiques de voir les bulles avec de l'eau thermales se propager Les enfants sont bien amusé dans les toboggans, il y a des aires de jeux superbes. Cetais très calme car c'est la période du ramadan. Concernant le repas cétais simple mais délicieux. J'ai eu une faim en pleine nuit (2H), je suis descendu voir le personnel de nuit à l'accueil qui ma orienté vers un Kokorec. Je me suis régalé car en France il n'y en a pas. Odalar ve banyo temiz değil. Günlük temizliği birkaç kez talep ederek ve akşam üzeri yaptırabildik. Biten tuvalet kağıdı için 3 telefon görüşmesi yaparak tedarik edebildik. Odaya bir gün su kondu, bir gün konmadı, oda hizmetleri çok kötüydü. Girdiğimiz andan itibaren herşeyin ekstra ücrete tabi olması hele ki bir bardak çay için ücret talep edilmesi bu ülkenin standartları dışında ve rahatsız ediciydi. Daha çayı almadan adisyon imzalatılması rahatsız etti. Toplamda kesinlikle paranın karşılığı değildi!

Personelin ilgisi iyiydi otel genel anlamda temizdi ama bazı şeyler çok saçmaydı mesela onca çeşit yemek çıkarılıor masaya içeçeğe ücret yazılıyor havuza girerken bone şart denilip ek ücret yazılıyor alınan bonede kendi baskısı var biz almış bulunduk ama sakın almayın çünkü havuzda takan yoktu.konumu yeri çok iyiydi otel giriş kapısına yakın yerden mağazalara açılan bir kapı vardı orda dolaşma fırsatı oldu şehir merkezine on dakka mesafede olmasıda güzeldi.Yemekler çok iyi değildi çoğu ürünler ısıtılmış ve bayattı Bir daha gidermiyim sanmam ama personellerin hepsi birbirinden iyiydi Birde mescide önem verilmiş gayet geniş ferah ve konforlu tutulmuştu bu durum beni çok memnun etti.Tam bir aile oteliydi

I recently stayed at İkbal Hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Hacer from the hamam was absolutely amazing—she made the entire spa experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. Egemen at the reception went above and beyond by meeting us upon arrival, helping with our luggage, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say their check-in and check-out processes are the best I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was outstanding—all made from fresh, local Turkish produce, which was a delight to experience. The hotel seems to cater more towards locals, which was perfect for us as Turkish speakers. The spa and thermal water facilities were absolutely fantastic—I left feeling like a million dollars after just a one-day stay! I highly recommend İkbal Hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic, and luxurious getaway in Afyonkarahisar. Can’t wait to return!

Hotel Ikbal, what can I say 😄The hotel staff is ok, the manager Ibrahim is super friendly. for Ibrahim we give 10 .The lobby and restaurant are nice and clean. The food in the resort is ok. We booked a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, we got a room that smelled of smoke like an old pub. The furniture in the room is very old and dirty, the bathroom was dirty. We were honestly shocked. We could not get another room because, as they told us, the hotel was full. The hammam and indoor pool were also dirty. What we can positively say about the hotel is that the outside area is beautiful, the outdoor pool and the surroundings are is full of greenery and well maintained. Another positive thing is the Bali massage ,the girls from Bali were kind and professional. Unfortunately, this hotel is not even for 3 stars.

I com from Chicago Illinois i travel to many places this is the one of worst places to stay service,clean ,foods are terrible

Otel musteri kapasitesine gore dusunmemis hicbir hizmeti, ne yemek alani ne havuzlar asla yeterli degil. Dunyanin parasini aliyorlar ama odaya bir dis macunu koymak akillarina gelmemis, aksam yemeginden sonra cay kahve yok, paraya dayandirmislar herseyi. Hic memnun kalmadim bir daha gitmem.

İkbal never fails to deliver the best in business. Good place to relax and enjoy the Famous Spa and the Local Gourmet food. Don’t miss “Keşkek” & Afyon Kaymağı at Sunday Breakfast.

Very good staying, wonderful Eid dinner!

Great stay in Ikbal hotel in Afyon. Very helpful staff, delicious food and wide variety of additional activities. And very comfortable bed, better than in majority of hotels. For sure want to go there back.
