Kamar tidak sebagus yang di foto, sangat jelek interiornya dan banyak yang rusak, saya boking nya tipe family room dengan konsep seperti apartemen yang terdiri dari 2 kamar, tapi saya malah dikasih kamar biasa sejumlah 2 bh dengan lokasi yang terpisah, satu di lantai atas dan satunya lagi di lantai bawah, sangat kecewa sekali saya, saat itu saya mau komplain tapi terkendala dengan bahasanya, dan handuk juga tidak disediakan di kamar kalau tidak minta.
