Location is super good..Accomodation is as well. Safety and Security ,traffic is convenient, near around cuisine and drinking is high quality.

i stayed only day as a transfer of my trip, service is good, roof restaurant is nice, hotel is a little bit old.

stays I’ve ever had. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep. Staff were slow to respond to requests and didn’t seem interested in resolving issues. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the overall experience didn’t match the photos or expectations. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.Be aware of your money as well

When we checked in, the room was not clean at all. It looked like it had only been tidied up rather than properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dusty, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. Our room had three beds, and one of them was a portable/folding bed that was in bad condition. There was no proper blanket or duvet, only a bedsheet on the bed, which was very uncomfortable. The room was also extremely dark. The only lights were the small bedside lamps, so there was almost no proper lighting. There were no tissues in the room, and we had to use toilet paper instead. The Wi-Fi was incredibly weak and unreliable. The windows were poor quality and offered almost no sound insulation, so we could hear all the street noise, which made it very difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, the price we paid was far higher than the quality we received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It genuinely ruined our trip.

This was the 2nd time I stay here and very good hotel stuff very helpful and very easy to deal with close to everything 👍👍

Good location. There was not really a sea view as in the pictures, and smaller than in looks in the pictures. The room smelled a bit odd. Conveniently located next to Taksim square and shopping.

Rezervasyon yaptırırken aldığım odanın penceresinin havalandırma boşluğuna baktığının yazdığını hatırlamıyorum. Çok karanlık ve aydınlatma yetersizdi.Hafta sonu sabahına otelin üst katında çalışan inşaat işçilerinin küfürleri ve yüksek tonda olan sohbetleri ile merhaba dedim.Resepsiyonu arayıp ses sorununu dile getirdiğimde ise olacak o kadar tadilat var sonuçta birazdan susarlar gibi bir cevap aldım.

Very close to Taksim Square. Room was clean.

Biraz bakıma ihtiyaç var.

Çalışanlar gayet yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Otel ve oda temizdi. Sadece kahvaltı biraz daha alternatifli olabilirdi. Turistik geziler için gayet güzel bir otel.
