Overall good stay. On the one hand, Hotel is clean and there are friendly people. Room rates and other prices are very affordable. Also, on the other hand, the hotel is very close by to a big outlet mall named Starcity, just in front, and also very close by to restaurants and cafes only one block 50 meters away. Anyone can easily reach the hotel from Istanbul Airport via public bus company Havaist busses move from the Istanbul Airport -2 level, station number 10 and 10A departing every 30 minutes, to reach Yeni Bosna Kuleli bus station within maximum 45 minutes and then take a taxi from there to hotel to reach the hotel within 6 minutes. From the hotel to İstanbul center such as for examle, Taksim or Sultanahmet, not far away, take a taxi with reasonable prices, and reach the destination within average of 30 minutes. Adviced.

Es war alles super außer das Parkhaus war die Einfahrt nicht praktisch, weil man beim reinfahren plötzlich Gegenverkehr kommen könnte! Daher empfehle ich mehrmals zu hupen bevor man rein-fährt.

来土耳其参展在CNR，距离很近很方便，对面就是大型卖场加超市，往下走2分钟就是餐饮酒吧一条街，酒店免费接送机场每小时一班，服务很好，开好房间美女前台专程带到房间并详细介绍各项设施，免费游泳池健身房，随意的寄存行李多少天都可以，完美的服务。备注一下，前台有一位绝佳的美女，跟丹麦舞蹈团那妹子长得极像，每天早晨看到会心情很好。总之就是非常推荐！

Nice hotel with good facility. it's quite quiet staying there. but there is only one outlet nearby. You can only get all food and shopping things over there if you didn't go to downtown.

I stayed almost 20 times at this place but have the feeling that the intention of the hotel is to increase profits by reducing the service and cleanliness of the Hotel.
Dropped something onto the carpet inside the hotel and when I picked up, had 35 different hairs from the last customers on it.
Hopefully they can use the profit from the next guest and go over to the shopping mall next door to buy a vacuum cleaner.

We were greated with immediate valet service at the door. And 2 very proffesional and nice workers helped us with both bags and reception.
At the reception Efe helped us for the check in - Efe was no ordinary worker, he was a exceptional one, professional, experienced, and welcoming. Huge credits to Efe, really good, Efe is the reason we will visit this hotel again. Big ups Efe.
The pool was lovely, although i didn't find the indoors one, the outdoors one was absolutely good. 5/5
I haven’t even mentioned the 24 hour room - service, without any hesitation or questions.
Cleanliness was top, 3,9/5 really good, bed sheets were clean and actually felt clean, and the room was also.
Overall 4,9/5 hotel, really recommend.

Genel olarak güzeldi. IDEF dolayısı ile gittim. Etraftaki bütün oteller astronomik fiyatlara çıkarken bu otel 5 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen çok daha makuldu.
Resepsiyondaki görevliler pek güleryüzlü değildi. Otoparkı küçük ve dar.
Tavsiye edermiyim ? Daha iyi alternatifler olsa da tercih edilebilir.
