Rezervasyon konusunda yaşadığım sıkıntıya oldukça anlayışsız, esnek olmayan bir tutum sergilendi maalesef ! Daha otelden çıkış yapmadan ve iznim olmadan odaya girilmesi de hiç şık olmadı...

De douche plafond had lekkage , geluid van buiten was te horen ( de kamers zijn niet geluid dicht) en het was niet mogelijk om airco koud te zetten ivm winter stand en een raam openen was geen optie ivm geluid van buiten. De enige pluspunten waren: vriendelijke personeel en de ligging van het hotel ( loopafstand van de metro taksim) en bushaltes

Clean room, good breakfast and helpful staff. As a solo traveler it works fine, but the location is far from most of attractions, so may want to consider if you have family/kid.

Vores oplevelse af hotellet var udelukkende positiv. Medarbejderne var imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme, og de fremstod særdeles professionelle. Morgenmaden var god, og værelserne var rene. kan anbefales med god samvittighed

The hotel venue is good ; The rooms are good and clean ; some of the staff was helpful and others not ; I was talking to my father on the phone and someone asked me to turn down my volume because the customers in the next room are sleeping at two o'clock in the afternoon ; This thing made me change the hotel this week ; Isn't a person coming on vacation entitled to talk to his family on the phone during the day and not at night? I saw it a very strange request from a staff ; but it’s okey for the rest 🙏🙏 good luck For people who do their job well there 🙏

The hotel, the lobby, rooms, overall.. Everything was great. The room was spectecular in terms of wet space, cleanness, view, bedroom, additional products etc. Staff in the lobby were highly kind. Next time we will definetely contact them again. Çok memnun kaldık ✨️

Front desk staff were great. Cleaning staff not so great and just came in the room quite early ( approx 09.00 ) withou knocking. They did a good job but were unexpected

Good location, nice room. one girl at reception is a bit rude but the other staff were polite. breakfast was not good compared to other hotels. we preferred to eat outside instead hotel even though we had breakfast included.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt im Konak Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Room was ok. Staff was ok. No air conditioning which make my night very uncomfortable. Location is good 5 min walk to Taksim and istiklal and metra station.

Genel anlamda iyidi. oda temizliği iyi. kahvaltı menüsü orta seviye. resepsiyon personeli iyi. yemek personeli orta seviye . temizlik mükemmel değil ama güzel.tavsiye ederim. merkezi konumda bir yer.
