Moderately price , fairly clean with friendly staff , excellent breakfast, centrally located . Nice view of the park , will be back in January 2026 . We loved it .

Çok kibar ve Güleryüzlü tüm çalışanları. Tek tek herbiri mükemmeldi. Odam çok geniş , temiz ve çok kullanışlı ve güzel di. Yemekler lezzetli . Teras ve manzara çok güzel. Tek dileğim daha büyük ve açık bahçe yada teras alanları olabilirdi. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel .

Ein sehr herzliches freundliches Willkommen. Super nettes Personal. Wunderschöner Duft im Eingangsbereich. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ein Dankeschön an die Hacer.

Staff was amazing. The concierge guys Gokhan and Aziz were extremely helpful and greeted with courtesy. Reception staff was great. The breakfast area Nurcan hn was also great. She made our stay so much better and fun. Thanks to everyone they made us feel like we were at home.

I liked cleanliness and staff; I didn't like the location of our room and the fact that was away from the city center.

The stay was beyond what I expected. The hotel is gorgeous. From the lobby, the breakfast room (with pianist in the morning!!!) and the spa facilities. Everything was fantastic. The staff took care of every need even before I had to ask. Including making me a to go breakfast bag at the reception at 5h35am before my early morning flight. Murat dus is definitely a model employee. Thank you for explaining the are to me, making coffee for breakfast and planning the breakfast before my flight. Thank you to the staff for the birthday cake. I had a blast! I can't forget the views at jin restaurant. The golden horn took my breath away. I would add a bit more weigth training equipment and a little area for crunches but otherwise, everything was superb. Get the hammam massage if you. The room is absolutely stunning.

We arrive in the room with a fruit basket is an excellent gesture of welcoming us.Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The facility is well maintained and clean . The best part is the view of the restaurant to enjoy while dining. The Moroccan chicken skewer was the best.

Beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel and warm staff in a nice quiet area across the street from a beautiful river park.

Wonderful stay at Lazzoni. It truly is a 5-star property. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you to the staff for their great service.
