Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Auf den ersten Blick sehr groß und erdrückend doch nach 1-2 Tagen hat sich das Gefühl erledigt, da man sehr schnell zurecht kommt. Die Restaurants sind qualitativ auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, alle Restaurants. Das Gaia braucht etwas lange und vergisst auch mal gerne was, aber das Personal war auch etwas knapp, daher alles in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter Kimyanur, Sinan möchte ich besonders hervorheben am Escape Beach, des Weiteren Eray und Baris vom Shibori Restaurant beide Weltklasse. Meryem vom Koza Restaurant und Gül vom Sisori Restaurant auch sehr gut zu uns gewesen trotz Personal Mangel und 12std Tagen. An der Buggy Verfügbarkeit kann man arbeiten und der Wassersport hat sehr hohe Preise, leider keine Paket Angebote für mehrere Sachen als Beispiel.Spa und Friseur bspw. Auch sehr teuer daher hab ich das leider nicht genutzt, bin mir aber sicher dass der spa mit Sicherheit gut wäre da das Hotel auch super ist Okan Karakus möchte ich auch hervorheben der besonders aufmerksam zu uns war.

Tolles Personal. Angefangen mit Ilknur und Tamer am Steg ,Recep im Gaia, Murat im Spa bis hin zum gesamten Personal hatten wir stets gute Erfahrungen. Das Lujo vereint Luxus mit Qualität und sucht seinesgleichen in der gesamten Mittelmeerregion. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Rundum ein schöner, unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Rezension – Lujo Hotel Bodrum ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Das Lujo Hotel in Bodrum ist ein sehr schön eingerichtetes und modernes Hotel, das insgesamt einen hochwertigen Eindruck hinterlässt. Besonders positiv finde ich das à-la-carte-Konzept: Es gibt kein offenes Buffet, wodurch weniger verschwendet wird und die Qualität des Essens hoch bleibt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man von einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwarten kann. Wir waren vier Personen in einem Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr modern, geräumig und stets sauber – hier gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Was ich mir jedoch gewünscht hätte, wären zwei Toiletten sowie mehr Steckdosen im Badbereich, da man mit mehreren Personen schnell an Grenzen stößt. Der Strandbereich ist in zwei Teile aufgeteilt: • ein normaler Familienstrand mit Kindern • und der 16+ Indigo Beach Club. Der Indigo-Bereich ist grundsätzlich sehr angenehm, allerdings ist die Musik im Restaurantbereich dort extrem laut – besonders ab ca. 15–16 Uhr bis in den frühen Abend hinein, sodass man sich beim Essen kaum unterhalten kann. Zudem sind die Liegeplätze am 16+ Strand eher begrenzt. Die Speisen sind qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau und geschmacklich top – hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Verbesserungsbedarf sehe ich allerdings bei den Kaffeespezialitäten, die sehr wässrig wirkten, sowie bei den Cocktails: Am Familienstrand eher schwach, im Indigo-Bereich besser, aber noch nicht ganz das Niveau.

The building and services we received was fantastic! There were a few issues around getting our orders right at the restaurant - one suggestion would be for the waiters to read through the order before they head to the kitchen. Other than that the dining experience was fantastic - we weren't able to visit all the restaurants due to some of them being closed. The only other issue we had was the prices of extended services, spa/watersports, on site store, the markups are around 300% and massages are €300 per person which is something ive never experienced staying at similar level hotels.

Very luxurious property as you would expect, but there are a number of things that let this down: - one night the main entertainment venue and late bar were closed for a “private event” which turned out to be an awards ceremony for the hotel management. Pretty poor that nothing else is put on in place for paying guests… - similarly restaurants and bars were closed at short notice (on the day) and reservations moved owing to “special events”. - a problem with our initial room and a request to move was met with a “we’re fully booked” which was plainly not the case given the parity of guests and the fact that a room was found after challenging this. This meant that we were effectively left without luggage or a room for 4hrs… only to be told when we’re given our luggage that a dinner reservation had been made for us in 30mins time. - the marketing of the hotel gives the impression this hotel has a very relaxed vibe, and whilst this seems to be the approach of many staff (eg waiting 15mins for a drink in a nearly empty bar) this doesn’t seem to apply to guests - eg being reminded 3 times to check out at 12 (two messages and a phone call in the hour preceding this) only to have to wait 20mins for luggage to be collected… and being told “not to be late” for meal reservations. - information in the hotel is sparse and ad hoc - sometimes we were told about activities for the day at 11, 3 hrs after they had started, and sometimes not at all. Better options are available for the money!

This hotel is a very modern and different setout. It’s more of a mature place for adults. It’s away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant options are amazing at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Lujo Hotel with my family, booking a total of three rooms at different times through Expedia. My experience was mostly wonderful, but there was one significant issue that marred our stay. When I was searching for hotels on Expedia, I came across Lujo Hotel and was impressed by the variety of room options. I selected a family room that sleeps four, featuring a king bed and two double beds, which seemed perfect for my family. I completed the reservation and paid for it without initially changing the number of guests from two to four. Realizing my mistake immediately after, I emailed the hotel and checked Expedia again to see if the rate would change when I adjusted the number of guests to four, but it didn’t. Confident that everything would be fine, I was shocked upon arrival when the hotel demanded an additional €1863 because we had booked for two guests instead of four. Throughout our stay, not once were we asked about the number of people in our party when dining at any of the hotel’s outlets, which made the additional charge seem arbitrary and unjustified. This incident left us feeling taken advantage of, as it didn’t appear to be a relevant factor during our stay. Aside from this issue, the overall quality and experience at Lujo Hotel were excellent. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was commendable. However, the unexpected and substantial extra charge cast a shadow over what would have otherwise been a perf
