very good location, i stay 2 nights there as i request higher floor and sea view, they really arrange for me, room is nice, acceptable size, only the air conditioner is not cool enough, front desk staff is nice and helpful, i will stay there again next time

Good price even room is very small. Hotel staff was helpful while I have a trouble on finding hotel by a Taxi driver who is not speaking English at all.

The room was too small even if we paid for a Deluxe room and the staff refused to change the room. The elevator smells so bad for 5 days.

I like the way that the cleaners come everyday and clean and give new things. everything is always clean made us so happy I think hotel marble deserve 5 star if we come to Turkey again we will hundered present come to marble hotel again

2 big problems to mention here, their Air conditioning system which sometimes does not work and when you ask them to fix the answer is: this is what we have :), very rude answer but it seems this is the culture there. Avoid going there during the summer, too hot when the AC is not working. The communication with most of the stuff is so difficult the majority does not speak a very good English which a real problem. The other thing, this hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but not sure what does 4 stars means in Istanbul, I would rate it 3 stars I personally would not stay here again. For the amount of money I paid I could definitely find something better.

Überfreunfliche Mitarbeiter, die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren eher scheinheilig. Haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer 23m² bekommen. Musste mich 15m² begnügen. Meine Beschwerde über das Zimmer aber auch über den Fernseher (hatte schlechten Empfang) sowie über die Klimaanlage (war ausser Betrieb) wurde an der Rezeption freundlichts angehört und freundlichts ignoriert. Auf eine erneute Anfrage kam dann nur noch; hat sich etwa immernoch keiner um sie gekümmert. Das war mir dann zu scheinheilig und ich hab es dann aufgegeben. Frühstücksbüfett war allerdings klasse und die Bediensteten Ware auch klasse. Wenn mann im Vorfeld für klare Verhältnisse sorgt, ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Sabri Gün

Comparing to the money we paid the hotel is very good and located in a great location near Taksim square

la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, à deux pas de l'Istiklel, c'est très animé et sécurisé. Le métro aussi est proche, accessible à pieds. Il y a une partie rénovée et une autre ancienne. l'isolation sonore n'est pas top, trop de bruit, la propreté est aussi à revoir. Le personnel est serviable. En gros je recommande cet hôtel.
