The Staff Girl is very kind and helpful for me on early check in , the location is very good, a shopping mall nearby just cross the road .

Beautiful Hotel, everything you would expect from a 5 Star Hotel, great location, staff were so professional, polite & knowledgeable. Great location. Easy walking distance to Tram and just a few stops from Sultanahmet. I would not hesitate in returning.

Stay was good. Rooms were cleaned

Everything was ok during my stay. The location was perfect and almost everything were near by the hotel such as Bakery, Restaurant, Grocery and Hypermarket, Tram Station and…

Perfect

Salad was served with rotten avocado . Mentioned it to waiter and he argued with me . Would not change order . Another waiter took over the order . Service in womens pool section with attitude . A bit more politeness will help make the stay pleasant .

Breakfast was excellent

Had to change room Within 5 minutes of landing, hair on bed carpet dirty fridge filthy . Spoke to the manager who assured me he had just checked the room . New room we moved into same issue hair in bedding fridge dirty mirrors full of marks cleanliness huge issue that needs dealing with . Excellent location staff semi friendly stayed in many hotels has to be the worst so far in Istanbul for hygiene . Location extremely well but let down by standard of the hotel up keep daily clean was literally make the beds up no vacuuming wiping etc dirt on the floor was always there family slept with socks on and covered pillows with clothes they had !

This was a very nice stay. The staff was nice and the room was beautiful. We got the family suite and it was perfect for us. The staff is very kind and the amenities were great. They have a gym and hammam that we a very cool feature that made it for a much better stay!! Highly recommend!

The bed was filled with hair and when I called front desk no one answered. Also front desk guy at night was very rude

Ottoman Deluxe is the best hotel in Fatih near everything, clean, friendly specially Imen the Guest Relation Manger is very kind.

This hotel is very lavish.

Room quility and sweming

The hotel was spotless and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our luggage was taken upstairs straight away, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious with excellent bathrooms, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was a real bonus given the hot weather. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that changed daily, keeping it fresh and interesting. The location was also very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to the mall, with a supermarket both opposite and further down the road. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Very nice and clean

Had this hotel a few times now. Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms witch amazing balconies. The gym is amazing and very well equipped with even a boxing ring. High quality yechnogym equipment. Swimming pool is not very big but nice. And everything you beed is in walking distance.
