One of the best hotels , feels so real

LOVED our stay here. The whole team did an amazing job making sure we are having a magical time. There is a good amount of activities to do on a property as well as around. To my pleasant surprise, I left feeling healthier and happier. A special thanks to Ajara for going above and beyond and getting us A La Cart on day 1. This made us feel very special and well accommodated. Also, shutout to Mani the outdoors bartender as well as Health Juices Bar staff for always being very friendly and professional.

I want to sincerely thank Ms. Margarita and Mr. Bilgehan for their outstanding professionalism and genuine care. Their efforts made my short stay smooth and problem-free. Without them, I would have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately, the same level of care does not extend to the hotel’s overall management. The property is overcrowded with large tour groups, making it feel chaotic and uncomfortable. Finding a place to sit or even walk around is difficult, and the restaurants are loud, packed, and poorly organized. Cleanliness is below acceptable standards, and the entire environment lacks the refinement expected from a hotel of this category. The food quality was especially disappointing—industrial, tasteless, and clearly mass-produced. I experienced stomach issues twice during my stay, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. In its current state, the hotel feels more like a crowded transit hub than a relaxing getaway. There is a strong focus on profit, with little attention paid to guest comfort or quality service. Unless major changes are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers seeking peace, space, or a refined experience.

Great location and facilities in the hotel. The sea view rooms we booked had great views. Hotel does look a little tired though. The dining facilities were great, and the staff in the restaurant friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Indian chef, Baldev Singh was great and cooked some excellent food for us. Suleman ,Farid, Mehmet in restaurant and the Malaysian chef Hiro A special mention to the smiling waiter in the lobby bar impressing us with his English accent.

The place was nice and clean the food was terrible and the service was awful. The breakfast was ok standard what you would get in any bed and breakfast. The dinner was awful the meat chicken and steak was really chewy and over cooked the meat was nit fresh from the butches it had been frozen and defrosted .then cooked over most of the food was not nice and the super was served luke warm it was hard to get a hot food it was kept warm not warm enough

Pool area was beautiful, however my room was a little dated, there was hairs on the bathroom floor and a rotten banana skin in the bin. Unfortunately also there were people smoking in room beside therefore ny room also stank if my balcony door was open. Food was average

Amazing stay from the minute we arrived to the minute we left… nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help… without feeling that they were bothering you! Only downside was we only booked a long weekend… we will be back with the family for longer next time!

An average city hotel. Nevertheless, they were very attentive and fixed many issues. I sincerely extend my thanks.

FIrsr this hotel is OLD at least 30 plus years, Second this hotel serves families with sports kids like Tennis, From my room Tennis courts were noisy with kids evens at 10pm I booked this hotel for two nights......big mistake, I left first thing in the morning because of noisy environment and kids running in the hallway. So took a loss of over 260 Plus $. I moved to an other Rixos in Beldibi but the Antalya Rixos front desk manager named Fateh was very inconsiderate. So warning to all vacationers it is old hotel and priced too high and full of diaper babies!

Very good hotel, nice and clean

Overall happy with stay - customer service was good overall. They accommodated our requests well. Buffet was ok same dishes not a lot of variety. Due to temp being cold the smaller pool (which was the only heated one) was being used and had too many people in it to enjoy the pool. Summer time this place will be busy and probably get congested
