罗塔伊斯坦布尔酒店

很棒的酒店，就是不含早，其他都很不错，有免费大巴来回往返机场和商场，很靠谱！去酒店的时候没赶上最后一班车，打车去花了30里拉。伊斯坦布尔出租车很坑的，表乱跳。能不打车就不要打车了。正题：酒店不错，帮我升级了单人间，超大超大

房間很超值，很高級，床很舒服，空間很乾淨，有免費機場接送，很方便

Water is needed in main area to be accessible to guests all time. The AC unit wss not cooling enough.

It was very nice stay, Staff were helpful, Rooms were luxurious however a bit soundy easy to hear passers or door shutting. And hotel has waterboy whom comes every morning and supplies free drinking bottle water, he knocks every door in floor and if you forget put don’t disturb sign outside door he is with you…..in room early morning. Why? Breakfast: we all liked breakfast, lots of choices almost perfect however they need a bit work on hot buffet section (ie. Scramble eggs, menemen) and also traditional Turkish olives/feta cheese must have good one otherwise don’t display/offer any. We also had dinner in hotel which is ok, price are good too. Taxi is a bit problematic because they kind a price per person so they should have called hotel’s luxury transport (but it is not as driver came with his little son twice whom sits next to him. Assume he has childcare issues ) rather than taxi. For instance yellow cab 300TL for 4 ppl but hotel’s one for same distance for 4 ppl and 2 suitcase 1200TL So we discovered Metro (underground train) near by and quite happy to use it rest of the stay. Metro beats all Istanbul’s traffic / hot weather and very well air conditioned and much more cheaper. Overall it was good stay, as a Turkish person I want them to be better because they easily can

Grand hotel, good facilities. Good sized restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spa facilities were clean and quite empty so often had it to yourself. Staff were not the most pleasant. Only nice thing was the lady let me check in quite a few hours early which I was massively grateful for. Staff were quite blunt in their replies, not reciprocating my good mornings or hello, just answer my question so felt like they wanted me gone quite quickly. Room was clean and changed daily. However, the views are deceptive as compared to on their site. Window was beyond filthy. The dirt on the outside of the window gave a brown filter to the outside world. It is also located quite far from main areas like Fatih, Taksim etc so unless you have a reason to be in that location I wouldn’t advise people to book here. Also unsure if the hotel has specific ties to medical/dental centres as there were quite a lot of people with nose jobs, hair transplants and even face lifts which was not pleasant to see when having my breakfast and I am a nurse! Overall okay but would not stay here again

The buffet was excellent. The room was clean, well ventilladed. I loved every second.

This hotel air condition (AC) doesn't work, and the kids’ family pool was empty and unavailable during our stay. The breakfast was only average, and the staff were especially rude and uncooperative. Toilets are full of stains dirty. Overall, this does not feel like a true five-star hotel, as the amenities and facilities do not match five-star standards.

Hotelkamer had wat onderhoudspunten maar fijne bedden en goede douche. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

Bu otelde yaşadığım deneyim, “5 yıldızlı” ibaresiyle kesinlikle örtüşmemektedir. Öncelikle odadaki yatak son derece kalitesiz ve konforsuzdu. Aşırı yumuşak ve deforme olmuş durumdaydı; sağlıklı bir uyku uyumak mümkün değildi. Ayrıca odadaki televizyon çalışmıyordu ve bu durum konaklama süresince giderilmedi. Otelin konumu ciddi bir sorun. Çevresi tamamen sanayi/fabrika alanlarıyla çevrili olup, sürekli gürültü mevcuttur. Bu durum hem dinlenmeyi hem de konaklama kalitesini doğrudan olumsuz etkilemektedir. Daha da önemlisi, dışarıdan verdiğim yemeğin odaya çıkarılmasına izin verilmedi. Kurye yukarı alınmadığı gibi, otel personeli de yemeği odaya ulaştırmayı reddetti. Bu, hizmet anlayışı açısından kabul edilemez bir tutumdur ve müşteri memnuniyetine verilen önemi açıkça göstermektedir. Bu noktada şunu açıkça belirtmek isterim: Sunulan hizmet, ödenen ücret ve “5 yıldızlı otel” standardı arasında ciddi bir uyumsuzluk vardır. Olumlu olarak yalnızca spa alanı ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği kabul edilebilir seviyededir; ancak bu, genel olarak yaşanan olumsuz deneyimi telafi etmemektedir. Kısacası, bu otel beklentileri karşılamaktan uzaktır. Aynı hatayı yapmamak adına konaklama düşünenlerin bu durumu dikkate almasını tavsiye ederim.
