Nice food for breakfast, great service, provides daily room service. Staff are very friendly and they provide the essentials you need. Excellent location, very easy to walk to a lot of the tourist attractions

Probably one of the worst place i've ever been to! Staff is really condescending, they gave us a room that is not what we should have had! I booked a luxury king size and we've been given a double bed in a very small room! The air condition is just.... not working! In the first room, then in the other room for the second night it was the same. Bathroom was dirty and barely working. Fridge was not working in the first room. My advice for the hotel: please improve your standards, this is really subpar! Or remove ''deluxe'' from the name... My advice for tourists: leave this place for locals and find a better place, you want to keep a good memory of Istanbul !!

The hotel is located in a very good area, very close to the metro station and the tram stop. It is not a 4 star hotel if we compare it to the European standards, but a 3-star one. Towels and bedsheets are old and not perfectly clean and rooms are very small. Breakfast is abundant until 10 in the morning and the terrace on the 5th floor is amazing

L'hôtel est bien situé , le personnel est à l'écoute . Ervan m'a facilité l'installation dès mon arrivée. Le personnel du restaurant est très attentionné , le petit déjeuner est correct . La chambre est assez spacieuse, il n'y a que la salle de bain qui est petite mais on s'adapte vite. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour , tous nos remerciements au personnel

The location of the hotel is great – close to many attractions and public transport options. You can easily find everything you need nearby, including good food and shops. However, the hotel has no parking, and during the day it's very difficult to even briefly stop with a car in front of the hotel just to drop off luggage. The reception was fair and professional, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was extremely small. We requested a double bed but received two single beds, which we had to push together ourselves. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bathroom was in poor condition – the shower cabin leaked water all over the place, and after showering we couldn’t dry the floor without soaking all the towels. The hotel has potential due to its location and friendly staff, but room quality and maintenance need attention.

The Holetel is clean, breakfast is ok, most of the employees are good, there was only one who kept talking in her own language inside the elevator, saying that the hand gel we were using was smelly, I thought it was rude and complained at the entrance desk, they apologized and said they would talk to her. But if I went back there I would stay there .

Close to metro , Tram, restuarants. Walkng distance to one of gates of grand baazar. Overall, clean , freindly staff . Mr Sehmus Masa, concierge was helpful with instructions and arranging airport raxi. Slightly dated building but very close to amenities and good value for money in Sultanmet

Excellent hotel

Good location, friendly staff on reception who are English speaking. Room comfortable but basic . Not tea of coffee facilities.

A very nice and comfortable hotel with a substantial breakfast area on the fifth floor. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent. The hotel is situated just opposite the University and a short walk from two Metro stations, very conveniently located. In my opinion an evening dinner option at the hotel would be a nice touch, otherwise we had a very nice experience.

Toilet is too low. Bath cabin is too small. Breakfast is not good. All in all hotel is ok. Nice and helpfull staff. Nice and clean hotel. Good location, near Metro and Tram.

Please be aware this is not a 4 star hotel but only 1 or at max 2 star hotel. Stay away.

No taxi from airport even though one was booked No tea or coffee facilities in room no sink plug in bathroom meant using loads of water which is a waste

Buen sitio céntrico pero sucio y instalaciones precarias.

Close to tram and metro station, good restaurant near by at 50m, breakfast so and so, bad coffee (in the land of turkish coffee the breakfast coffee was instant). Good location for shopping travellers. One tram station (10-15 min by foot) away from airport shuttle station (Havaist).

Die Unterkunft ist ok . Die Zimmer werden gründlich gereinigt Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist allerdings nicht ganz zu empfehlen. Das Hotel gegenüber war die Katastrophe. Die Partys im nachbar Hotel und der extreme Lärm war in der Nacht kaum auszuhalten. Trotz Beschwerde wurde leider nichts gemacht. Da die Hotels nebeneinander sind ist es entsprechend sehr sehr laut und das bis in die Morgenstunden. Tram und u- Bahn sind nur pasr Minuten. Die Altstadt auch. Der Transfer (dazu gebucht) ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Die Autos hatten keine Zulassung um in die Straße ( Hotel) reinzufahren somit rechnet mit einem weiten Fußweg zu Fuß zum Transfer
