This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it’s wonderful to see that they constantly make improvements year after year. I really enjoyed the newly renovated areas, the great food, and the exceptionally welcoming personnel (they were amaziiiing)! One major improvement I highly appreciated this year was their focus on reducing waste. In previous years, the portions were much bigger and people often couldn’t finish their plates (don't get me wrong, wasting food is 100% on the customers). This year, they reduced the portion sizes—which is amazing because you can still have as much as you want anyway, but I noticed way less food going to waste! Areas for Improvement: Smoking Policy: I am a non-smoker, and it was frustrating not having clearly delimited areas for smokers. I shouldn’t have to inhale someone else’s bad choices into my lungs while trying to enjoy my stay. Bar & Beverage Consistency: The quality of the cocktails could definitely be improved. Some of the bartenders do a much more diligent job than others and also noticed a gap in the quality of the drinks depending on where you are; for example, the alcohol brands served at the beach bar were noticeably better than the ones at the pool bar. Consistency here would be great To the management: I truly hope you pay your personnel well because they delivered 100% in every single one of my interactions with them <3 I would definitely recommend this place, and I will absolutely continue visiting them in the future!

Bottomline: Clean, friendly, well equipped and great dietary choices, highly recommended. Fantastic family oriented resort with impeccable attention to detail even if at times language was a barrier. Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Amazing food choices, lots to do for the kids and adults. Take advantage of the spa if you can (EU prices) and the hammam (included). Great nightly shows, games and activities throughout the day. Many pools and amazing beach front with chairs and canopy. You can rent larger more private pergolas if you wish for extra €60 per day. Water sports (ie boat rides/ banana boat, jet ski ) avail through an on site vendor. They only accept cash. So have that on hand or walk 500 meters to the west of the resort main gates to access ATMs. Would certainly do return again. Loved it.
