Wonderful hotel and staff. Many options for restaurants around Taksim

My stay was so good. Deniz at the spa made it even more amazing, the entire stay was a10 out of 10 And i m thankful to the people working who did contribute to my confort each day.

Stayed last week here and came back after a week and the service and everything about this hotel was the same.very impressed with the level of amenities.

From the moment we arrived, the level of service from the concierge, Kaan, exceeded every expectation. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging last-minute dinner reservations, suggesting hidden gems around the city, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, Kaan’s attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were unmatched. It’s rare to meet someone who not only loves their job but also makes guests feel like valued friends rather than just visitors. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on, and his professionalism combined with a truly personal touch made all the difference. Kaan’s hospitality turned a great trip into an exceptional one, and I can’t thank him enough. If you’re staying at this hotel, seek him out—you’ll be in the best hands!

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend you booking the premium rooms. Whilst the view is beautiful, I wasn’t able to sleep at all. There is a nightclub on the rooftop and the music was playing until the very early hours. When speaking to reception, it seems that this is a known issue and the receptionist showed very little compassion. I question why sell these rooms at a premium price, if you can’t sleep at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location and friendly staff. I did think that the mattresses were a little soft - maybe I like a firmer mattress. More choices for the glasses of wines in the bar would also be an ask.

The sound from the night club on the 9th floor is very disturbing to rooms with Bosphorus view (which are the most wanted and expensive rooms). We started our stay on the 8th floor. We wanted to sleep at 11:00pm but couldn’t due to the music. I called to complain about the noise and I was surprised that Guest Relations said “yes, guests complain about it and the music will continue until 12:30am. I asked for a different room for the second night onwards on the same side. I was given a room on the second floor. The sound was still be heard but less. I believe this is hurting the hotel and needs to be addressed. Secondly, the floor in the showers is not sufficiently sloped and causes the bathroom to flood. We experienced this in three rooms. The hotel facilities and service are very good. The above two areas and the doner kebab shops in front of the hotel entrance lets it down. Hope this feedback helps.

Even though I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not the room I requested, Staff especially Mr. Jon from the reception, was very reassuring that he will fix this problem the next day. To my amazement, he lived up to his promise and upgraded me to a lovely room. I was more than happy and for sure will come back to this hotel. One disappointment was the pool area where there was one help and he was not available all the time.

La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel en áreas generales muy bien, el servicio de meseros muy bueno ! Pero el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones muy malo. Y las instalaciones de las habitaciones con muy mal mantenimiento…

El cuarto olía a cigarro, nos quejamos varias veces. Nunca hicieron nada. Tratan de cobrar todo por aparte. No se dejen engañar, no es un Sofitel como de otros lados. El nombre no lo amerita
