Das Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul ist ein luxuriöses Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in hervorragender Lage direkt am Bosporus. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine stilvolle Einrichtung, makellose Sauberkeit und ein äußerst freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Unser Twin Room mit Seeblick war sehr geräumig, modern ausgestattet und wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet, mit großer Auswahl und hoher Qualität. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein erstklassiges Erlebnis und ist absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Komfort, Service und eine traumhafte Lage suchen.

The spa and gym were amazing

Had the executive room with view of the Bosphoros. Great room and amenities. Nice outside pool area including a bar. We had problems with our key cards 3 times for 3 nights stay and needed to go to reception to fix it. The executive lounge is nice, however 3 days in a row there were no bowls nor spoons for the yoghurts/cereals, and the lounge would have benefited from a coffee machine, instead of having to order through waiters.

Kaldığım kattaki temizlik yapan Abla mükemmeldi🙏 bence işletmelerin farkında olması gereken biz kullanıcıların alternatifi çok olduğu için hizmet güler 100 adına çalışma yapmaları.

5 Sterne Hotel, aber nicht einmal Kaffee/Tee zur Selbstvorbereitung im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Handtücher/Bademäntel mit Flecken (Lippenstift etc.). Handseife wurde nie kontrolliert und aufgefüllt. Keine Begleitung bis ins Zimmer, wir musste den (verwirrenden) Weg durch die Stockwerke und unterschiedlichen Gebäude-Flügel selbst herausfinden. Sehr lange Wartezeiten am Empfang. Äußerst fragwürdiges Klientel anzutreffen (alkoholisierte Gäste etc.). Hotel ist recht weit entfernt von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie Metro. Abends spielt IMMER laute Musik bis mindestens 2 Uhr nachts! Alles in allem: keine Empfehlung

The hotel is in a nice location with excellent amenities. That is the reason I keep coming here. The spa and massage service are second to none. Unfortunately, such properties attract too many customers for the hotel staff to handle. As a result, the personalized aspect of service is gradually disappearing. We were given a room on a less desirable floor, even though we were supposed to have “VIP” privileges and an upgrade earned through Expedia. Frequent weddings and meetings held at the hotel cause too many surplus guests and limit the attention to guests. However, this shortcoming was kindly accepted once we expressed our frustration at check-out and we were promised that the will compensate for it next year.

I stayed at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul for one night last week and was absolutely delighted. The hotel is stunning and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and always wore welcoming smiles, which made me feel completely at ease. Our room was spacious, bright, and elegantly appointed. The bathroom was simply perfect. The highlight, however, was the bed — it was so comfortable that you’d never want to leave it. We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely day and night in our city-view room. I can’t wait to stay in a sea-view room next time. Highly recommended — such an enjoyable experience!

Wonderful Bosphorus view. Excellent swimming pool. Lovely staff. Clean room. Good food. Dislike: Stair carpet to restaurant is threadbare..not very 5-star. Banging music by the pool and banging music from the 16th floor bar going on till after midnight. Get rid of the terrible music and return the property to tranquility!
