Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet, og servicen var upåklagelig. De ansatte var imøtekommende og hyggelige gjennom hele oppholdet. Spesielt vil vi trekke frem personalet i restauranten ,de var både hjelpsomme og veldig oppmerksomme. Vi reiste med en baby, og det var tydelig at alle tok hensyn og viste stor forståelse. De sørget for at barnestolen var klar, og ordnet plass slik at hele familien kunne sitte samlet til frokost. Det satte vi stor pris på. Vi følte oss virkelig velkommen!

The staff were very friendly and helpful however the TV did not work and neither could You Tube be accessed and all in foreign language. The lighting of the room was poor.

Solides Hotel mit einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Gut war, die tolle Anbindung (zentral) tolles Angebot (Schwimmen, Sauna, Dampfbad im Preis enthalten) und Nettes Personal. Eher weniger gut, das Frühstück fanden wir alles andere als hervorragend ( kommt überhaupt nicht an das Titanic in Berlin ran) es gab nicht so viel verschiedene Auswahl und auf das Frühstück kann man getrost verzichten. Im Hotelzimmer einige Dinge die auf Dauer als störend empfunden werden kann: die Tür schließt nie von selbst( sie rastet nicht ein), glühbirne an einer lampe geht nicht aus, das Bett ( auf rädern) deshalb immer wieder verrutscht, das Bett war in Ordnung aber auch nichts besonderes. Die Putzkräfte unterhalten sich morgens leider viel zu laut, teilweise streiten sie untereinander und das gehört sich nicht in einem Hotel mit diesem Anspruch. Gäste sollte ungestört schlafen können. Dennoch waren die Putzkräfte grundsätzlich super freundlich. Alles in allem ein guter Hotelaufenthalt, aber nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Titanic Hotels.

On the first day at the reception, when I asked for help with the Wi-Fi, a rather overweight woman with a ponytail behaved very rudely and responded aggressively. Other than that, during the 10 days I stayed there, my room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days. The breakfast staff were very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-located near tourist attractions.

Çok misafirperver, yetkin ve yardımsever. Oğlumun doğum günü için sürpriz olarak odaya doğum günü tatlısı bile koymuşlar. Otel çok temiz ve 5 yıldız standardına sahip. Sadece tavsiye edebilirim. Sehr Gastfreundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Haben sogar zum Geburtstag von meinem Sohn einen Geburtstagsdessert als Überraschung ins Zimmer gestellt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat ein 5Sterne Standart. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Hotel in good condition. Restaurant expensive, staff okay but not very friendly, difficult area to get around, breakfast okay.

We stayed at Titanic City Taksim for over two weeks and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — just steps from Taksim Square, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the amenities (spa, gym, and breakfast) were all top-notch. The reception team was polite, professional, and always willing to help. The only suggestion we’d make is that for long-stay guests like us, a bit more personalized attention and small gestures of care would go a long way — it makes a big difference when staying for an extended period. Overall, we highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you to the entire Titanic City team for making our stay so comfortable!
