Tres bon accueil propre et confortable par contre le sauna hamam sont gratuits mais on ne peux jamais y aller car reservation massage prioritaire donc pour moi ce n'est pas gratuit, personnel accueillant et souriant.

It was Ok. Wed booked for one night just for spa and swimming pool before a 2am flight to relax in the day. The pool was closed for some reason although it was within the opening hours, very disappointing. Sauna was nice, it also had a Turkish bath and showers and a small gym. This was all decent. Room was basic but had all you needed, but older decor

Genel olarak iyi oda gayet temiz, çarşaflar gayet temiz, oda konforu kaliteli mini buzdolabı var tv ünitesi mevcut su ısıtıcı banyo malzemeleri hepsi var sadece sabah kahvaltısı iyi değildi tabaklara konulmuş ve streçlenmiş şekilde veriliyor herkese açık büfe değildi isteyen istediğini alamıyor ikinci konaklamam orada ondan önce ki seferde tam açık büfeydi her türlü kahvaltı çeşidi mevcuttu belki de bu seferlik böyle birşey tapmışlardır bilemiyorum... Oda konum olarak gayet iyi bir otel...

Das Hotel hat maximal 2 Sterne. Es ist alt, stinkt unheimlich. Pool ist kaputt. Die Auswahl vom Frühstück - gekochte Eier, Brot , Oliven , 3 Käsesorten. Im Zimmer die Badewanne alt und schmutzig. Der Vorhang alt und schrecklich. Nur das Personal an der Rezeption, in der Sauna und Putzfrauen sehr nett und freundlich. Ich empfehle keinem in diese schreckliche Gegend zu kommen...

Consiglio questo ottimo hotel per un soggiorno a Istanbul. Camera ampia e silenziosa, personale disponibile e professionale, hammam a disposizione dei clienti, parcheggio sotto la struttura, Mezzi di trasporto adiacente all’albergo. Unica nota negativa la colazione non propriamente adatta ad una clientela europea.

desde la recepción, todo fue un servicio estupendo, un hotel chico, pero muy bien ubicado, 50 metros de los trenes buena ayuda para dar opiniones y consejos de espectáculos, nos recomendaron un restorán y resulto genial, un espectáculo otro dia en un barco lo mismo y viajamos a Capadocia a los globos y todo funciono desde la ida hasta volver al hotel

Well…where do we start! The hotel pool was situated in the middle of the breakfast room and was so cold you would need a wetsuit to swim in it. The staff in the Turkish spa in the basement sat smoking in front of customers and the no smoking sign. The facilities were tired and needed refreshing. Our first experience of breakfast was coming down after a coach load of people who had cleared out all the food and when we complained the staff shrugged and couldn’t care less. Breakfast was very limited options and amounts put out were frugal.

Over all it’s worth for money

Das Hotel ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen, dementsprechend ist der Zustand des Hotels. Die Badezimmer, die Zimmer sind teilweise stark abgenutzt und kaputt.

This hotel is not a 4-star hotel. At best, it is a 3-star hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The first night the room and the pillows were smelling terrible. However, they changed the pillow covers for the second night which I actually could sleep. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel, I do not recommend this place.

The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is totally sufficient. It’s good. Pool area cared for daily. In the room a few suggestions: the shower wand could use upgrading, my particular mattress has lived it’s life and is done, wifi must stronger.

Serviette vieille et déchirée, les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours et ils sont déchirés. Petit-déjeuner répétitif nescafé au lieu du vai café

Frühstück geht. Hotelzimmer akzeptabel. Lage hervorragend.

Hervorragende Nähe zur Metrostation die direkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls führt (großer Basar, Moscheen und Palast). Empfehlenswert ist eine Hafenrundfahrt (3 Euro bzw. 15 TL). Dauer ca. 75 Minuten) Kleiner Lokalitäten und ein Supermarkt in Fußnähe. Kleinerer Mangel (Wasshahn locker) wurde sofort durch den Hausmonteur behoben. Nettes und freundliches Personal.
