Really nice experience

Excellent service

The hotel is very good but the hotel employees are not at all courteous to their guests. We had several instances during our stay where we felt that we were treated rudely and not as per their standards. They dont allow guests to use the facilities like we went to the sauna at 9:06 pm and it clearly states that it is open from 10 am - 10 pm bit the employee working there said it closes at 9 pm. We paid for the breakfast upfront for all days but they told us we did not pay whole we were taking food on one of the days. They just assumed we did not pay and did not even care to check their records to validate our upfront payment. We were stuck in the lift after we returned on the second day while we were staying in the same room. The keycard did not work. When we asked for additional keycard for the room they said we need only 2, they decide on what the guests need to do seems like. Overall a terrible experience. Only positives are good hotel and great buffet breakfast. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Odada esyamizi unuttuk. Ertesi gun evimize geldigimizde aradik. Durumu anlattik. Buradan alabilirsiniz kargo yapamayiz diyorlar. Zaten otelin oldugu sehirde yasiyor olsak sizin otelinizde neden kalalim. Sehir disindan geliyoruz. Saka gibi. Gelip unuttugunuz esyanizi alabilirsiniz diyorlar.

Top hotel.. enkel het personeel (2 vrouwen) van de spa, mag iets aan hen attitude doen. Overig personeel super vriendelijk en sociaal en super goed hotel

Overall very good hotel but if you want to visit Isanbul, the centre of the Istanbul where all attractions are quite far from the centre. Limited transport so you need to change multiple public transport to get to the centre.

I like 1. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. 2. The amenities (like the rooftop pool, spa, or restaurant) were high quality and memorable. 3. The location was super convenient, close to major attractions.

The Price was very good but the reception staff were a bit miserable and inflexible. They would not allow me to stay one minute past 12.30:(

Çok abartılacak bir otel değil. Havluların komple yenilenmesi gerek. Zımpara gibi olmuş.

Despite reading some negative reviews, which did worry us upon making the booking originally, we had an excellent stay. The room given was spacious and welcoming. We had more than we originally thought we would get and the stay was a pleasant one. The only thing that comes to mind is that we had to request for the room to be cleaned numerous times upon our return. This was usually if we left late morning time. Although room cleaning is throughout the day, our room was skipped. Some days we didn’t bother to ask as we still had everything we needed such as towels, etc. when we didn’t, house cleaning would bring it to us so overall not too much of a big deal. It’s just nice to come back to a clean room. Just to reiterate another users comment (which helped prepare us 😃), ensure to bring swim caps as you need them for use in the pool. They don’t like it when it’s not worn. They do sell them but to save a bit, bring your own. All in all a very nice stay. Thank you.
