Mycket trevlig vistelse på Tugra Hotel. Rummet var rent och bekvämt, och receptionen är öppen dygnet runt med hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Frukosten var riktigt bra med stort utbud varje morgon. Hotellet ligger perfekt – gångavstånd till många historiska och turistiska platser, nära busshållplatser samt butiker och restauranger. Ett prisvärt budgethotell som verkligen ger mycket för pengarna. Jag skulle absolut bo här igen och rekommenderar det till alla som besöker Istanbul.

I absolutely love this hotel. The location is really good, just off the main road. The rooms are large and plenty of sunlight. We were upgraded to the 4th floor with a terrace. Wow what a view and just love sitting there soaking up the sun. The staff are really friendly and the place is clean and efficient. Its not as fancy as other hotels and the breakfast is fairly simple but other than that i cannot fault it. Highly recommend it.

As a traveling solo female it is important to feel safe. Thank you, TUGRA. The staff was professional and kind. I appreciate how they spoke English and Spanish. I was happily impressed as my questions were thoroughly answered. Stores, food, and the local Grand Bazaar Shops were all in walking distance. ATMs were also located inside bazaar and that was good. I felt very pleased with my choice of Hotel. Thank you, TUGRA.
