Good place

Rooms are spacious and very family oriented. Breakfast is good. Recommended for families especially with their park access included per stay.

Ok I had a good stay but there is no interest in room service they don't give you water, plates or spoons after changing them you have to talk to them

The hotel service is good n convenient to get groceries n food , but im staying in the 1st room ground floor near lobby and always got people smoking in the common area and can hear people talking at night at the smoking area beside ,

Çok memnun kaldık. Sadece ufak bir tavsiye housekeeping temizlik saati olsa bile kapıyı çalıp içerde misafiri yoklamadan kapının açılmaması gerektiğini öğretmeli..

A Bit far away from main attractions of Istanbul but there is a mall connected to the hotel.

Overall I was very happy with my stay. The hotel itself was great. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Great seating area with a dining table and chairs to eat. Extra sofa and armchairs so great seating area in addition to bed that is present in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Showers/bathrooms were great. The hotel is attached to a mall which is nice as it was easy to get groceries as there was a grocery store in the mall and easy to get food as there was a food court in the mall. Downside to the hotel is that it is about 30-45 minutes from the main touristy areas like Old Town Sultanahmet or Taksim Square which was a pain when it came to getting taxis. In order to go or come during premium times taxis would continuously cancel on Uber unless I was willing to pay an extra premium. In USD it wasn't bad in honesty but still annoying to deal with. Otherwise, the only other downside specific to the hotel itself is that the hallway corridor is very dark at night in a couple areas. We arrived at 2 AM to check in and the staff was wonderful. The bellboy/receptionist were fast and efficient and helped check in easily. The lighting in the hallway where the rooms were located was not ideal but all in all a very minor issue. During the daytime and evening hours when people are typically awake that was not a problem. Only an issue in the direct middle of the night. Overall, would use this hotel again.

We waren in februari in Vialand hotel, dus we hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van de Themapark Vialand aangezien die pas later open gaat. Wel is het winkelcentrum boven het hotel een aanrader, lekker eten en genoeg attracties voor de kids. Hotel kamer was iets te koud, hoge plafonds maakte het dat het minder snel warm werd. En onze kamerpasjes hebben nooit gewerkt, elke keer moest iemand van de receptie met ons mee lopen, dat was heel vervelend. Ontbijt was heerlijk, heel veel variatie. Parkeren is gratis, maar bij het boeken hebben we wel moeten betalen.

Hotel room was very clean and the theme park is within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from
