WOW 机场酒店

The location is very close to Ataturk Airport,but there is no such advantage after relocating to the new airport.It is near the convention center,the surrounding area is very desolate and far from the city centre,but the subway is very convenient. The room looks a bit old and small,yet,still clean and tidy.What really surprised me was the double room for two people only provides a small bottle of drinking water,toiletries and slippers for one person.The air conditioner in the room can't adjust the temperature and air volume.As a four star standard hotel,there is no tea maker in the room,only the cool drinks in the minibar can be enjoyed.Drinking hot drinks must go downstairs to the bar,all the services here are charged and expensive.During the two days of stay,there was no housekeeping to supplement any items in the room.You must first find them and speak the room number to get the toiletries you need,this really opened my eyes. The buffet is good but not that outstanding.To be honest,unlike the hotel management who say buffet breakfast menu complies with the international brand standards,you won't find a variety of hot and cold dishes or omelets.Maybe my stay is too short for them to change dishes.Their services are also not very well,especially the buffet waiter,feeling like you owe him a lot of debt,not friendly at all. Overall, I don't recommend staying at this Wow Airport Hotel,it is only suitable for guests who are arranged by the airline due to flight delays.

Good place to stay before flight

距離機場近。有免費的shuttle bus 接送。早餐豐富。房間寬大整潔。離地鐵站也近。服務人員親切

Free pick up service from airport but they are inpatient when ask them where to find the driver, which takes a long time. The hotel is comfortable but everything needs to pay extra such as water.

整體感受普通，雖然是四星飯店，但無法提供快速且穩定的wifi有點可惜，免費的wifi速度慢，需要額外付1天6歐元。住宿地點附近生活機能普通，需要有交通工具或是走路十分鐘才會到地鐵站。但臨近機場，有交通車接送到機場很方便。房間乾淨整齊。

Très bon hôtel

Terrible staff to call your room at 2:30am at night to ask you pay for smth that you consume at their restaurant and they charge to the room. And since they dont have mobile post machine, you have to go down to the receiption. There were mosquitos all around the room and the bathroom was dirty. Terrible experience, never again.

The hygiene in the toilet and the shower isn’t good enough

The airport advertises as close to yhe airport. Be aware, the airport is Istanbul's cargo airport, not the passenger airport. Note -this is a 45 min taxi/uber ride. We arrived on April 19 evening and the room's air conditioning was inopperable. The staff said the AC is not on yet because its still winter and to open the window(def NOT winter). Well the windows only open 6". So we had to endure the very hot room and the continuous railway noise, directly adjacent to the hotel. Not a good stay and would not recommend.

Tutto comodissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro in una fiera di fronte all'albergo. Colazione variegata ma non c'erano dolci come cornetti e brioches. Mi sarebbe piaciuto averle in un 4 stelle
