The location is near to a metro station and very close to the Ataturk airport, however there is no such advantage since relocating to the new Istanbul airport, it is almost about an hour away from anywhere you want to go. The room was pleasant enough, clean and tidy, AC worked well, bathroom is well equipped and the view from the 10th floor was nice. Actually prior to this room, my room was on the lower floor where I can hear the metro train moving, a bit noisy. So after I complained to the reception, they allowed me to switch the room to a higher floor. Thanks to Mr. Aslan for his enthusiasm and assistance during the room change. I am grateful. The room cards are magnetic, so if you put it near your phone it won't work, you can't open the door or use the elevator, you will have to go to the reception to fix it. Very friendly staff is looking forward to helping you. Breakfast was included in room rate which was reasonable. As usual there was butter, jam, a good selection of candied fruits, fresh fruit, a varieties of bread, egg omelet is done by a chef and you can get what you want. The gym which conveniently opens at 7am is well equipped and the lobby cafe offers a good selection of drinks and food, a nice garden to relax. Over all this is a good hotel for a 5 star. Would definitely stay again. Recommended for sure.

酒店位置距离机场很近（一站地），但相对比较安静。紧邻Metro，方便坐地铁。酒店顶楼的游泳池、健身房、土耳其浴都还不错。 美中不足，酒店的免费wifi太差。

CHECK IN 快, 員工友善及幫忙, 早餐OK, 房間舒適, 最主要是近展會會場, 只須5分鐘車程.有泳池不過無時間去使用.

離機場很近 但是要到附近商場要繞一大圈

Clean and comfortable room close to airport and exhibition as well as metro. Gym and swim pool is nice, and its sauna/hammam facility.

The shower water too weak could bot get a good show in 5 start hotel,The light of the room has only one lighting system; there is no dim or soft lighting optio. The elevator do not work if you dont have the room key if you forget ypu should use the stairs. there was no time to change the room it was only a night. Bad experience

No AC, 34 deg room with only small window opening. Constant fumes from smoking either from outside or through ducting. Staff said it’s time of year but seem to have AC in reception. Area around hotel is run down. Bonus, cats in reception are was friendly but after 4 days of little sleep couldn’t wait to get home.

Hotel ottimo per la vicinanza alla fiera. Pulito ma datato. Diciamo che ha fatto il suo tempo ed avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata all'esterno ma soprattutto all: arredamento delle camere. Ho notato che in qualche piano hanno fatto delle modifiche all'impianto elettrico ma frequentandolo spesso devo dire che questa modernità fa pesare ancora di più l'arredamento vetusto. Un'ottima colazione.

The room cleaning was acceptable, and the location is excellent in terms of proximity to the fair center. The staff were friendly, and I was satisfied.

Staff was very friendly and it was close to the Trade Show I was attending, a mere 7 minute walk.

Very old hotel- none of the appliances in the room was working. No electricity sockets next to bed and cold shower! Basic service from personnel. Almost impossible to communicate in English.
