It’s good location, but things like food options can be improved.

Clean hotel, nice rooms, nice breakfast options and friendly staff.

Really nice enjoyable stay. The staff were great and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Neighbouring rooms were a bit loud at times, but didn't affect the overall stay. Would happily come and stay here again 🙂

The rooms were a bit small but great pool. Overall, we expected it to be better.

It wasn't my favorite hotel and it has 4 star hotel while it was like a 3star hotel, About the bearkfast, it was awful and they didn't have more option

Walking distance from Bazaars and the beautiful mosques. Room service was great. Breakfast tasty! Thanks for a great stay.

Le personnel est sympas, mais la propreté et les services proposés ne sont pas présent, on avait réserver cet hôtel pour le spa, hamam et massage mais finalement y’a pas de massage et spa&hamam payant dommage que cela soit pas indiqué par votre site. Le confort est bien présent au niveau de la chambre mais odeur fort après la douche qui sort et fuite d’eau dans la douche.

There is no lift to reception. I was expecting somewhere really nice as its 4 star hotel, but very small area, small rooms with no service at all. The refrigerator was empty only a bottle of water. No table and chair to use. We had our tea on our beds. Not comfortable at all.

The electricity was on and off on a generator for the duration of the trip. once during breakfast and the next 2/3 hours it tripped around 50/60 times. i think whilst we were in the hotel it tripped around 500 times. generator would remained on overnight and could be heard through out the night. Totally ruined our experience in Istanbul. other hotels in the area were not affected. we had 3 rooms in the end. I want some sort of refund.

Rimelig og bra hotell for en liten byferie. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. God frokost. Kort vei til det meste.

The reception told me that they keep water for the guests in the fridge, and that they provide new bottles daily. Once I opened the fridge I noticed the bottle wasn't sealed and the water tasted as the tap water smells. Awful taste, so I stayed away from that and bought my own water. I really hope they don’t put actual tap water in those bottles… The rooms are small, not fresh and in need of refurbishing. You can see rust in the sink. You can hear every little sound from the hallway. Also, the elevator has a really disturbing “ping” noise every time someone uses it, and I woke up to that sound every night and every morning (several times). I made the reception aware of the disturbing sound but they didn’t do anything about it. The rooms have no ventilation, making it uncomfortably hot in the night. I averaged 4 h of sleep/night thanks to these conditions… The breakfast was mediocre. Damaged plates here and there didn’t make things better. The staff were rude, and the service was non-existing. There are several signs on “social distancing” from the Covid-years which contributes to the feeling of lack of attention to detail/the feeling of an outdated facility. There’s no way this can be considered a 4 star hotel. I strongly recommend to choose another hotel.

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein, und um überhaupt an der Rezeption zu gelangen muss man einen Stockwerk mit Treppen hochlaufen. Erst ab den ersten Stock gibt es einen Aufzug. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht und bestätigt bekommen allerdings bekamen wir eine mit Doppelbett und eine mit 2 Einzelbetten. Auf meine Anfrage an der Rezeption bekam ich eine sehr unfreundliche und missachtende Antwort, er könne nichts für uns tun. Und ich solle selbst mit der Reservierung sprechen an nächsten Tag. Wir hatten uns am Früstuck gefreut dass eine Mitarbeiterin Gözleme macht ( eine Art gefüllte pfannkuchen), allerdings war Sie extrem unfreundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels macht die Unfreundlichkeit und die Extremen kleinen Räume nicht wieder gut.

Odalar cok temiz ve rahat, sadece biraz kücük ve dar oldugundan büyük valizlerle kullanimi zor oluyor, genis dusa kabini ve klozeti var. Kahvaltisi cok özel olmasa da her gün farkli cesitli yemekler sunulmakta.

Sehr kleines ( das kleinste) Zimmer, Einrichtung veraltet und unpraktisch, wenig Stauraum für die Kleidung. Bad : Dusche verkalt und teilweise mit Schimmel. Lüftung im Bad stark verstaubt. Frühstück: Kaffee aus dem Automaten schmeckte wie " eingeschlafene Füße ", Saft: aus dem Automaten verursachte ein kratzen im Hals. Wir 4 Tage da ....jeden Tag dasselbe am Buffet. Sehr laut, an der Straße gelegen. Positiv: freundlichens, hilfsbereites Personal
