Pools need attention. Puddle next to one. Not pleasant water

Amazing views of the beach. Incredible staff. Kids room was great. Very accommodating for my kids and all activities including water sports. Highly recommend. And can’t beat the view! 😊

Everyone from Fredna to the beach staff made our stay marvelous. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The room was clean and very detail oriented. They made me and my girlfriend feel like we were family. Definitely highly recommend and will be coming back

Beautiful house, pool, beach, water, snorkeling right off beach. Beach loungers, umbrellas, Kayak, SUP boards and snorkeling equipment provided. Breakfast served every morning. Butlers for your every need. On site security. Gated. -Not in a resort setting.-

Cleaning ladies were excellent; room was spotless. All other areas were dirty; very noisy and crowded. Beach and bar service was rude. Would not return.

Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.

Incredible and beautiful. Every member of the staff was exceptional, always a smile on their faces. Infiniti Restaurant is really good and gorgeous environment.

Location is extraordinary on best stretch of beach

Truly a five star resort in all respects located on a beautiful part of the Grace Bay beach. Everything about our experience was amazing; the food was fantastic, the service was top notch, and everyone was friendly and helpful - from the reception desk to the pool and beach attendants. We can’t wait to come back!

Service was the best I’ve ever experienced

Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the beach almost every night, and the fire pits were all lit by the sea. We visited several of the surrounding resorts for dinner and Grace Bay was by far the best all-around from our perspective. We were greeted when we arrived and did not have to wait long at all before we were in our room. The bellman showed us through the room and shared specific information about the resort. There was a nice welcome letter for us outlining hours of operation and the amenities on site. I would recommend booking your excursions through the hotel concierge. The ones we booked through them were the best! For our catamaran excursion they picked us up right on the beach in front of the resort. It was so convenient. The only thing I could even say that was not just 10 was the beach service was not very attentive but the pool service was. We were not that impressed with the Infiniti restaurant for dinner. The food was subpar but the service was great.
