This was our third time staying at this hotel. The property/beach/pool are absolutely stunning and you can’t beat the location since we enjoy walking to nearby restaurants, ice cream and the superb grocery store.

I loved the small boutique feel of the resort. The grounds were beautiful. Everyone at the resort and on the island were very kind and accommodating. I found the beds to be super comfortable and the beach goes without saying it’s breathtaking. I would definitely stay at this resort again, especially for the price point.

The resort was beautiful! Our room was just like the pictures on their website. The onsite restaurants had a nice variety of food options available and the food was great too!

Great staff. Very clean room

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at. We had an ocean front room, and the views were amazing! We had the two bedroom and 2.5 bath suite. The room was clean and full of many amenities, including a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good. Staff very friendly & helpful. In August not too busy, so pool & restaurant never too crowded. Restaurant is ok, a little expensive as to be expected. Bed a bit hard & you can hear noise of people above. Fortunately they left after 2 days. Room has a nice ocean condo feel. We had a fully stocked kitchen of supplies for cooling & grill available at pool area. Laundry is free & in room. Grocery store a short drive away. Grace Bay Club next door. Club Med 15 min walk. Ocean activities available. We had a room with a partial ocean & pool view. Lania style balcony. Pool was nice & beach chairs easily accessible & free. Overall a relaxing stay.

Beautiful

We stayed for 7 nights at Ocean Club West, in a simple room. It was just me and my husband and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Very clean and the staff were amazing from the front desk all the way through!! I can’t say enough good things about this place, we will definitely be back!

likes: Location, on the beach and close walking distance to shops/food, family oriented condo, ample space and nice views I wished sugar and coffee was replaced daily (it wasn't, had to ask every day), wished the bar/lounge was open longer, everything very quiet by 9pm. I would recommend this resort, staff very pleasant and willing to assist

Rooms are well-maintained and clean. However, the hotel's restaurant has limited options and consists of only one dining area.

We stayed at OCW for 4 nights after staying at the Ritz for 4 nights. The room at the Ritz was phenomenal with a fabulous view and floor to floor and wall to wall, our room at OVW had its own charm. I likedthe screened veranda that was covered. Was great to place for breakfast. The little kitchinettete and the washer/ dryer was also great to have. The highlight of each hitehotel is the water and Grace Bay beach. Can"t beat.al

My husband and I stayed at this property for our 20th wedding anniversary trip and our first time to Turks & Caicos — and it was amazing. We enjoyed the beach and property, and how close it was to other dining options as well as the grocery store and shopping. We hope to visit again!

Great experience

Hotel has beautiful grounds and the unit I stayed in appeared to be recently renovated for a modern, clean feel. Loved the large, covered balcony with screens to protect against insects. And the stretch of Grace Bay the hotel is located on is stunning.
