Very nice experience

location was good

I must say location location location. This is right in the heart of things! And 2 min walk to beach with chairs and umbrella waitng for you. When i frist checked in i noticed there was a couple mosquitoes in the room. So i got rid of them. However than i noticed there was alot more. I told front desk whom is very kind. She told the maintenence guy whom came up and sprayed the room. Later that night i go woken up by buzzing in my ear and it was mosquitoes. The next moring I noticed alot more. I smashed it on the bed it was all red from my blood. Than i noticed that the light in the shower didnt work. I notified front desk they sent the helpful maintenance person he sprayed agian. And it yet it did seem do anything. They offered me a different room. Which was great. But the AC unit was frozen or had ice and it was leaking water creating bubbles on the wall behind the paint. The maintenance guy fixed and cleaned it. Overall its a nice hotel. The breakfast vouchers is great perk! Shays cafe is great. Coming from a background in construction I think quality in the remodel is not as good as I thought it would be considering how much i paid. Also its behind a restaurant which is kind of nosey at night and stays open late. Great workers.

I love the convenient location.

I LOVED our stay here! The hotel is across the street from the beach and is within walking distance of shopping areas, eateries and casinos. I loved that there was a pool right outside our room that we could walk to easily from our room, and I really liked that the hotel gave us complimentary beach chairs & towels to take in the sunny beach from. They also provided food coupons so we got yummy food at nearby restaurants at reduced costs. I would definitely stay here again!

Quaint, small and intimate setting with a nice, but small pool. Many of the rooms had a balcony. Mosquitos are present. There's no elevator, but you can get assistance with luggage. Office hours are limited. We did have a bug issue one evening, but was able to get someone on the Ring and they had someone come and spray. If you like your room very cold, the a/c was cool, which was fine for us. Breakfast is a $10 voucher, so you may end up paying something for breakfast. It's in a very walkable area with the beach, restaurants, shops and night clubs nearby. This is what makes this property a value is the location, which is upscale, as taxi fares are expensive. Staff could offer more information in general. The housekeeper was very friendly and took good care of us.

Quiet area.

It was perfect for me. Great staff.. loved the pool area. My room was clean and well appointed.. And of course..location! Walked to the beach..restaurants.. shops..the convenience store..everything! Right there! Thank you Grace Bay Suites I'll be back for sure..

The room was fine. Funky smell for a while but aired out. Pool and chairs fine. Plenty of towels. Good beach access w/in 3-5 minute walk. Danny Bouys it loud and could be heard from our room. Good place for the price.

Grace Bay Suites was nice overall. We had to move from 2nd flr to 1st flr because of girlfriends hip. No elevator so had to move down to 1st level. Place was good but had to have maintenance replace light bulb in shower and fix drain plate which was loose. Had plenty of towels, AC worked very good, nice bed and TV worked fine. Eben at front desk was excellent and gave $20 vouchers for breakfast at Shay Cafe. She was very pleasant and very responsive to our needs. We had free beaches lounge chairs and umbrella at the Grace Bay Beach which is a 15 min walk to beach or 2 min drive by car to lot with free parking. Pathway to beach for our hotel took a 2 min walk to beach. This is a 3-4 star place not luxurious but has been rennovated as advertised. It is centrally located to many restaurants and shops which is very convenient but be prepared to walk if you don't have a car. Castaway Bar and Danny Boys right close by for night life.

The rooms were very well equipped and very comfortable. Balcony was delightful overlooking the pool. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrella.

The location was great! The room needed some upgrades especially the bathroom. Dark shower without lights. There is a safe in the room however it was small, light and anyone could have picked it up and left with it because it wasn’t locked down in the furniture or tied to anything. We enjoyed having the breakfast vouchers, with more than one option, those are a good idea!
