Old, not as pictured on Expedia website , no lobby or entrance to hotel and pet night price half of what Expedia charged us

Close proximity to everything! Bars, restaurants, beach, excursions, grocery store, etc. It’s located behind a restaurant which serves good reasonably priced food. Through out the week the restaurant has two karaoke nights which can get quite loud but other than that perfect location for a long or short stay. We Stayed 7 nights and had no problems getting around without a vehicle. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Its such a close walk to the beach and right on the busy/popular street where most restaurants and shops are located. Loved the bed, it was sooo cozy. Just wish there were fridges in the room.

Great location and walking distance to grocery , retails and food . Take advantage of the breakfast vouchers. Both places to eat have great food .

Great stay! Everything conveniently close. Front desk provided great customer service and helped with reservations for the complimentary kayaking they provide. Rooms were cleaned and beds made daily. Staff was friendly even when we locked our key card in the room our “friend” came to the rescue. We are definitely returning and considering Grace Bay Suites! Thank you Grace Bay staff!

Excellent location.. few minutes walk to the beach. Close to supermarket and many restaurants that are walkable. The staff are friendly and room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that it smelled like sewer when walking towards the pool and up to our room. Other than that everything was excellent

Cute property right in the heart of Grace Bay. Resort beach access with chairs and umbrellas a short walk across the road. Plenty of shopping and eating in the immediate area. The breakfast vouchers given by the resort are really nice and we went to Shays every morning. The gentleman that owns it is super friendly and the food/drinks was delicious! The pool at the resort was always clean and never busy. The girls working check-in were so incredibly Sweet and very helpful!

The resort is in a good location near everything, the room was clean and the girls in the front desk was friendly and helpful. The property need upgrade, the outside is all dirty and there is always smells like sewer, my room gets Flooded outside the bathroom every time

Perfect location! The beach is across the street, about a 4 minute walk. Grace Bay is stunning. Pool and grounds were very clean. Basic amenities in hotel room. Staff was lovely. Very walkable to many restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Liked - soundproofing ... club next door very loud. Price was moderate. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Never did figure out how the tv worked,though.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was actually the 2nd time I stayed but I think I enjoyed more this time. It’s at a very convenient location. 2 mins walk to the amazing beach and surrounded by restaurants, supermarket, and shops. If your trip is only for a few days like I had, this hotel is the best. Close to everything you need. The front staff and the maintenance guy Phillip was very nice! I will definitely come back!!

Hotel with very convenient location to Grace Bay Beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money compared to other properties in the area.

Rude emergency person never help me open my safe couldn’t get my cancer medication out and told me “excuse me that Dan wait until morning”. When morning came he never came to room or contact me regarding situation had to back to front desk for the lady to open the door.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and property. I loved the location the close proximity to restaurants and the beach
