Excellent and relaxing stay in the perfect location in Grace Bray. Walkable to all the major restaurants, staff is excellent and rooms are nice and spacious. Would absolutely stay again! Beautiful beach too!

We were there for 3.5 days/4 nights. Everything was effortless which is important for short stays. There is a grocery store, shopping, restaurant district about 1mi away that we walked to. Had a lot of fun sailing the Kobie Cat right from the beach. Also snorkeled with a shark! (Not for everyone, shark optional)

Rooms were spacious and clean

Had an amazing time again. We love coming here and will be coming back soon.

Small, private, quiet, excellent beach. Should provide free cold water stations around the property.

We really liked the laid back beach feel of the Sands and the restaurant Hemingway's was great as well for tasty breakfasts, beachside lunches under the palapas and a more upscale ambiance at dinnertime with live music and torches lit. We were not ready to leave The Sands or the island! We'll be back!

The hotel is nice, dated, but good location. Structure is dated, but was a good price point. Not ideal for business, wifi was terrible.

Everything was great! ALL of the staff were very nice and very accommodating. We will be back!!!

Great beach. Easy walk to town for shopping and dining. Onsite restaurant is good. Our room was horrible, with only a view of the room in front of us, and no sunlight. I couldn't imagine it would be like that, and the hotel would not change. There were 3 rooms in our party, and all 3 had plumbing issues (broken shower, leaking water heater, backed-up drain). The island was great, but I'd stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel staff was not very friendly. My flight was delayed a day so I emailed them letting them know. When I arrived, they had given my room away and wanted to upcharge me for a better room. The Hemingway restaurant on the property has excellent food but we did have a roach on our table and the waitress basically said, they are everywhere and acted like we were overeating. Beach is well kept and property is clean.

The hotel was good. There was no communication from the hotel prior to the arrival. We booked a refundable room with evidence but hotel never responded back and we end upcoming here otherwise we would have lost our money. The hotel.com also took no responsibility. The beach was very nice and the rooms were clean.

Great beach, sand and water (world class)! Great staff… Nice pools and the food was as good as anyone would need. There were certainly better restaurants on the island but they had enough in the menu to get you through the week. - Would have been nice if they mentioned a hotel was being built next door and I would have to listen to construction my entire vacation. It wasn’t terrible but they should have mentioned it at booking.

Sands at Grace Bay is absolutely amazing. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and very well cared for. Beach is gorgeous. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Hemingway’s is the restaurant on site and the food is amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Resort is walkable to shops and restaurants. Grocery store nearby. Couldn’t ask for more from this resort and its wonderful staff.
