Nobody was present when I arrived. A worker had to call the owners who then charged $35.00 for early check in. Very overpriced and underperforming.

I love it but i couldn't get to the water and the swing where all broken.

This place was about what we expected. There was no paddles for kayak. Deck by the canal was unsafe. The bed was decent, shower was hot toilet flushed and laundry worked. Overall I would stay again for the value.

We had such a great time at Villa serenity! We were blown away by the cleanliness and how stocked the kitchen and bathroom both were. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the canal. The host was very responsive and everyone on the property was very pleasant and friendly. We had no issues with the TV or air conditioning and the room was perfect! The location is a perfect spot. We weren’t too far from anything but were off the beaten path which brought a lot of peaceful quiet. There’s plenty of parking that’s safe as well! We did not use any of the amenities such as kayaks, the pool, fire pit, etc but we could see all of them and everything was clean and I believe usable for guests. I’d love to return for my next trip and would recommend to anyone looking to explore the island!!

I was supposed to check into the hotel yesterday, but I didn't get a response. As a result, I couldn't make it to the hotel, and unfortunately, they won't refund my money.

Nice place to stay

This is a long story, but due to delays, we missed our flight to Grand Turk. We scrambled to find a place to stay, but located this villa allowing a one night booking. I found this villa on Expedia and it was just what we needed. The host and owner was very nice. The favorite part of our stay was the hospitality of the host. We had everything we needed!

Very tranquil and quiet. Beautiful property had a romantic getaway for our 21st wedding anniversary. We kayaked in the canal out back, enjoyed dinner in the back yard on the water several evenings and took a dip in the pool. There were jet skis also but we didn’t get an opportunity to use those not sure if they are available for guests but you could ask. It was well worth it and probably the best thing about our trip as the Island was very expensive otherwise. Having a kitchenette was a great plus! The property owners were very nice and friendly and the grounds keeper was very friendly we enjoyed the interactions with them.

Hosts were super helpful and kind people, they even ended up giving me a ride to the airport on my departure day. Property is not within walking distance of stores or restaurants but okay if you have a vehicle. AC in rooms is great but living area and kitchen have no AC.

I had the pleasure of staying at the villa for one night, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The villa is situated right next to the river, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The location is a bit off-road, but it's not difficult to find your way there, and you'll hardly get lost. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, which is always a plus. It allowed me to stay connected with friends and family during my stay. The villa is a quiet place, perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a busy day. The check-in process was fairly smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, it's worth noting that the stairs leading to the villa are quite steep, which may be challenging for some. That being said, the villa offers ample parking space, so getting in and out is hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We were totally unprepared for this place from your write-up. The place is clean but we are old and there are a lot of steep stairs! And we are in the middle of what looks to be a junk yard in the middle of nowhere. Very nice man greeted us. Disappointed in Expedia🤕😱

Tne environment was extremely quiet, except for a few barking dogs, who were silent at night. The drawback of this tranquility is of course that there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket (KG Foods) is more than 15 minures walking and so is the nearest (indian) restaurant Communication with the place was somewhat difficult; I expected a self-check-in, which I hate, but fortunately there was a friendly lady to see me. Closing and opening of the door was with a code, what I never did, because I am clumsy and hoped for a fysical key (that didn't come). All in all it is a great place!.

we really loved this place. it was very clean and had all of the things that we needed to cock our own meals. .every thing worked well and we would go back again the hosts were nice and helpful.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. It is a calm and peaceful place. The owners were very accommodating and we are very grateful. We loved our trip and we recommend this place!

El lugar Perfecto para estar cómodo y tranquilo

Such a wonderful and stress free stay. I’m a solo traveler and felt very safe and comfortable! The place was very clean. The pool wasn’t ready the first couple days but that was totally fine for me and they were very communicative of when it was open for use. Unfortunately since it was just me traveling, I didn’t use all the sweet accommodations that came with the place , like fire pit , a spot for friends and family to hang out at outside, the full dining room table, lots of space too! It was nice to be able to park my rental car right at the place. My only small suggestion would be to have A/C throughout the house, not just fans . But I understand that’s expensive! Atleast the room had A/C and that was where I was most of the time when I was there anyways! Other than that: beautiful place , nice accommodations, you get a good deal staying here. Highly recommend. Plus it’s a short distance to basically everything!
