The restaurant is awesome, the people in the hotel are very professional. I didn't like my mattress, very thin and cheap.

Housekeeping is untrustworthy, caught in the act of misappropriating our personal belongings. Front desk staff untrained to care for guest grievances or simply do not care. General manager deceitful in communication, making promises to simply get the guests off his back and not replying to electronic communication. Luckily, plenty of hotels in Odessa, no need to book this hotel ever again...

I loved the location of the hotel as it was very close to everything.

If you want to wake up at 5 AM by loud talk near the elevator or heavy smell of bacon from the restaurant below at 6:)) AM then this room 109 is for you. Tiny, with door stop sticking out of the floor in the middle of the room (what a hazard!!). room have TV but not a single chair to sit in. Absolutely no sound insulation of the inside walls and doors. What a disgrace to any decent hotel. Also the is no lobby. tiny area with grouchy front desk and one 3 seater couch in the middle. If you want simply talk to someone or meet someone you have to step outside, open to the elements, etc. and use one of the two garden benches. Adjacent to the hotel entrance, I believe that it was a nice lobby some time ago, there is fish restarant,. Actually, it was pretty good.

Hotel is located in super central part of Odessa, walking distance to all tourist destinations. It has clean and nice sized rooms. Restaurant inside the hotel is by far the best in Odessa.

Great Location, friendly helpful staff, in the center of town yet quiet and comfortable. I stayed in 5 different Hotels in ODESSA on this trip. Milano has the best selection of TV channels in every language

Nice hotel and Very friendly staff. I have not been here in over a year and noticed two great changes made as far as what they have add. This time there were two bottles in the room where as before it was not offered. They also have included breakfast as part of the stay. These are two major pluses as far as I'm concerned. Great location near all the action. Restaurant, shopping, and clubs all nearby. Also some great tours and the Opera house is nearby.

Brand new hotel, extremely clean. Very helpful staff and very nice restaurant attached. Highly recommended at $50 / night I paid!

Everyone at the hotel was super courteous. They helped me arrange travel to and from the airport and even helped me find a bank when I arrived at the hotel without cash.
