Friendly Staffs

Room not very clean, this hotel is overpriced and management poor operating. Very disappointed with my last stay. I’ve paid a lot of money to stay here they don’t even offer a complimentary Breakfast nothing.

I would like to share my recent experience during my stay. Unfortunately, the room had no heater, and I was extremely cold throughout my stay, which contributed to me becoming sick. In addition, while I was taking a shower, the ceiling above the shower actually fell off. I am grateful it did not hit my head, but it was a very unsafe and alarming situation. Although the staff were friendly, I was very disappointed overall, especially considering that this hotel is owned by Rotana. The manager also mentioned that he would arrange a complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience I experienced, but this promise was never fulfilled. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as these issues affected both my comfort and safety.

Not bad overall

I was there for business, I had no issues, nice pool area, gym area , good location from good food spots, pharmacy, groceries shop

Clean, small room, staff is good.

Almost everything is good, from the location to the staff to the room. But they had a big stain on the floor carpet, which they didn't clean. They didn't replace the bed sheet during the 4-day stay. I will continue to use the hotel as I like it.

Clean Room

Everything is good.... but the music from the Resturant is so loud so you can't sleep properly if you have an inside room....

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siivous toimi hyvin. Aamupalalla olisi voinnut olla hieman vaihtelua tarjonnassa, mutta oli riittoisa. Uima-altaan vesi oli ensimäisenä päivänä lämmin, mutta tämän jälkeen tosi kylmä ja uimiset loppui siihen...

No problems with the hotel. Clean and tidy. However outside the window is a mosque. And the soundproofing isn’t sufficient. The sound was incredibly loud and I was awoken every morning at 5am.

Have stayed at the Centro quite a few times and always enjoyed our stay. The price is very competitive, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Unfriendly staff, no luggage assistance, breakfast pretty much the same. The man that checked me in looked like he was angry seeing me I had the worst check in experience

The staff are not welcoming. My check in experience was not welcoming (the guy looked angry seeing me), no luggage assistance, requested for a dental kit and praying mat had to call twice to remind them. Breakfast selection needs improvement for people staying 4nights plus is a problem as the breakfast menu is pretty much the same.

Everything is enough base on what you pay. Staff's are polite and helpful. The only weak point is that there is no smart TV in room.
