The room was bad, they didn’t give us slippers sandal, TV didn’t work, the room was different with pictures that web has. The woman toilet in the lobby was really bad and dirty! we couldn’t use the toilet like that! When we checked in, the process was long. And when I ate in the restaurant, their services were bad. While I’m eating they keep saying restaurant will close at 3pm. Then I asked them to help me to bring my coffee to the other table, He didn’t want and said just sit here! really bad.. And I paid for toast 10 Dirhams and I asked the jam. They said to get the jam I have to pay again 5 Dirham. I was upset and I said.. wherever I stayed in the hotel the jam has include with the toast. They they said alright.. That was bad experience!
