I took my family on a vacation and chose this property for its proximity to most places and attractions of Dubai. It was also my birthday and the hotel surprised me with a cake and decorations on our return to the room. Neena is a wonderful staff member and so are everyone else.

Someone from the hotel called me 1am in the middle of the night regarding payment for my stay with doesn't make sense as they had my info and I had not checked. They're after both my wife and I could sleep. Next day we woke up at 11am and lost a day of our planned activities

I have stayed here many times, so I get differential treatment when I check in...Thank You.
But, I also see how they staff gives such great treatment to other people.
