諾富特德伊拉河畔酒店杜拜

Stayed 1 night only in here since we arrived very late at Dubai. Changed to another hotel the next day. The location was okay, 2 stops only on the Metro from DXB, then a few minutes walk from the station. We booked a 2 single-bed room but when we arrived we were told there's only a 1-bed + sofabed room left. We insisted and at last were provided with a 2-bed room. Anyway, the hotel's condition was below par, most parts inside the room looked visibly aged, especially the toilet. Since our stay was just a quick overnight stay, it was barely acceptable. But if you are looking for a more extended stay, I think there should be plenty other options available nearer to the city centre.

no slipper in the room. "Hotel cooperated Taxi" ? outside the bobby is very expensive, asked AED 50 from hotel to Baniyas Square, I paid only AED 15 by normal taxi.

Feeling bad for living in this hotel, while I checked in and I was being forced to live in the smoking floor (i am a non-smoker and while i booked this hotel and choose which is the non-smoking room) for 4 nights. It is really bad and bitterly experience for a non-smoker to stay in a stink and smelly room for 4 nights. I will never to book this hotel again and not recommend you guys to book this hotel as well. The cleaningness of the room is also not good after each day regular clean up. Can't imaging the Brand Novotel having this hospitality service.

因為搭早班飛機所以辦理退房的人員只有一個害我們差點趕不上飛機,早餐很棒

2 adults & 2 kids stay in one room with sofa bed. Breakfast for everyone. Good value for money.

Great stay at Novotel Deira Dubai during a short business trip. The ambiance and the service was top-notch and the room was quiet spacious and clean. Didn't get chance to use other facilities, but had a walk through the pool and it was great.

The stay is extremely pleasant and comfortable, especially the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable able to provide the best service possible. It’s my stopover trip and I had no clue how to handle but everything went well. The location of the hotel is very convenient to metro and easy to navigate to the main sightseeing.

Hôtel bien placé, mais une rénovation des chambres serait la bienvenue, vraiment déçu, je ne m’attendais pas à cela de la part de la chaîne Novotel. Ayant fréquenté de nombreux hôtel à Dubai, c’est la première fois que je constate un manque de rénovation aussi flagrant. Par contre super petit-déjeuner, le personnel nickel et l’hôtel est très situé.

Always good to stay here. Ayappan is always very helpful and always remembers me.

There was mild smell in the room. I have to pay additional half day rent bcoz of checking early even thou I was check out on same day.

Efficient & well located

観光で、家族で利用。 子供達との4人での利用でしたが、ソファベッドをチェックイン後にすぐに組み立ててくれて、担当同士の連携がとれていました。 朝食は、とても美味しいブッフェでした。
