They charged me extra 175 aed Because i booked 2 adults initially and I ended up coming alone with two kids so they charged me extra for one more kid. They never gave me an upgrade, even though I get an upgrade with my Expedia status. There were never taxes on the staff seem to be very confused about getting me a taxi which took too long Very poor kids club Also, there’s no adult pool. It’s only one noisy pool for kids. Don’t get me wrong I have kids, but I also need some time alone at an adult Absolutely no music or entertainment at the pool and Beach For what I paid, I’d rather stay in many many other hotels that offers way more than this hotel

Good overall. This was a beautiful hotel

I had a multitude of issues which I bought the management attention and they dealt with as best they could. I won't go into specifics as they did try to deal with them individually however one thing I feel you should know is there is a huge amount of construction noise around the entire property which really sport experience for us.

Loved the quiet and lack of crowd in the residence section of the property where we stayed. Beautiful common spaces. Breakfast, tea service, spa all top notch. Service felt very 1:1 at literally any hour and team with hyper responsive with only one exception.

Staff were excellent and hotel was very clean. Great position very close to the beach.

Luxurious resort with unique arabic style. Their service is outstanding. Their SPA is a must try especially the moroccan Hammam!

Incredible property in the heart of Dubai on the water. Wonderful stay in experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and be pampered.

An amazingly large and low rise piece of property for this section of Dubai. Really nice vibe and the three sub hotels keep people spread out. Food was great. Not a huge One and Only Fan, but this one is a good balance of luxury and service without being clingy

Staff were excellent, really helped us out on anything we needed.

Lovely place to stay for a short stay in Dubai

We love staying at this hotel so much . The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble , from helping us book restaurants and taxis to arranging airport transfers and spa treatments. Complete luxury and relaxation. We stayed in a Manzil room which meant we got afternoon tea and drinks in the evening, and a beautiful room. We experienced a hammam for couples and became a trial falconer. Fabulous holiday!

Amazing as always

Fantastic hotel all in all. Most certainly a 5 star, retaining it's Arabian charm in a modern city. Staff were exceptional as was the food and facilities on offer. The only thing you'll need to note is that this is a beach hotel in a city. Consistent noise from building all around on the marina off the beach you get regular boats playing loud music between 4-8pm. If this isn't an issue for you, it's a 10/10 hotel without a doubt.
