The loby refreshment brings comfort and energy at the right time where you need it the most, the staff was really good specially Noor at the front guest desk.

we booked a 1 night stay to go to a festival in the amphitheater which was just across the street. unusual to have anything within walking distance of a hotel in Dubai! as a VIP access property, they did offer an upgrade at check in but we declined as they only had smoking rooms available and we are non smokers. we were not offered the other perks that would have been available to us if we took the upgrade such as access to the club lounge

Nice location. Easy walk to Marina. Concierge service wa great! He arranged a day tour to let us visited Many Dubai landmarks that we couldn't do by ourselves. The tour driver is very nice too.

The hotel is in a good location. The price is good comparing what they offer. The only bad thing very bad smell coming out from the bathroom and carpets have to be cleaned more frequently because they smell around dirty.

We booked 4 nights at this hotel after using the Radisson chain before. The hotel was about 30-40 minutes via taxi at 10pm and cost 100 AED. The hotel is walking distance to both tram and metro with direct line to the Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa/Airport so it’s in a good location. The hotel room was spacious for 2 people. Walk in shower and bathroom. The hotel has 2 swimming pools which we used - hotel provides towels. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We had booked a desert safari (separately from the hotel) but they cancelled 10 minutes before. The hotel concierge overheard and was trying to find a tour operator to take us last minute. He contacted someone who agreed a price, but did not know the company name and was insistent on booking. We did not want to do all the activities in the package and it was agreed we get a cheaper price for not doing them. We agreed the price and booked, however, when they called back to confirm, the price doubled and included the activities we didn’t want to do - we tried cancelled, however they said we need to pay a cancellation fee and very insistent. This felt it was being booked with one of their friends rather than a tour company. There was a huge selection of breakfast options. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel

We had a brief one day stay at the Radisson Blu Media City. Our room was very small and was barely able to fit our limited luggage. The room was very old, worn out and definitely looked like it needed to be renovated. Neither the fridge or cooling unit worked well. Not recommended.

Not the cleanest radisson i have stayed in. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, soap from previous guest still there when we checked in. Alerted the staff but it was never removed. Location ok, breakfast excellent, pool ok

Staff were very friendly, property was in a greay location, close to the tourist areas but still away from the busyness

The hotel is in a business area, quieter than other significant areas. It's close to the metro and tram stations. The nearest attractions are the Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Mary Jane answered our questions and made sure we got good service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food and is reasonably priced. My friend and I were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Dated in so so location but fine overall. You can see the age mainly in the bathroom. Poor Resturant choice

Good hotel with clean rooms and nice breakfast. Convenient location. The rooms are a bit outdated. We had problems with light switches, which wouldn’t work reliably.

Great location, great staff, highly recommend if you want to be close to Dubai Marina but prefer less traffic.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is slightly above average in quality. There are better locations than this in Dubai.

It was very hard to stay here with the shower would leak all over the bathroom and we will be slipping just to get into the restroom. I called for them to fix it and they said that that is how all our bathroom showers are and that it does leak. They brought a bunch of towels and put it on the floor and all it did was make it hard for us to open and close the door if given a chance, I would not stay there again.

Very convenient location with easy access to tram and metro. However the restaurants and marina areas are not at a walking distance from the hotel, have to take a cab or other transportation. Very good cost x benefit
