Vignette Collection TH8 PALM DUBAI BEACH RESORT, an IHG Hotel

非常之好的體驗，由於酒店遲了給我們房間，他們馬上作出適當的報告，給我們upgrade了房間，而且送上了小食作為禮物，前台服務人員態度良好，反應積極，只要稍作示意，便有服務員查問需要幫忙的事項，總是笑面迎人的，酒店環境設施非常新，而且非常人性化，房間設備齊全，唯獨因環保原因，沒有牙刷，必須自行準備。酒店設施非常齊全，有私人沙灘從酒店行出去只需1分鐘，而且也非常多服務員幫忙。除了沙灘外還有暖水泳池，分別有家庭泳池及小童泳池。同時也有相當多的球類活動可供選擇。整個體驗非常良好。

Super clean, professional staff, great ambiance

We had a really great stay here at Th8 Palm. Our room was one of the suites towards the garden. It was an easy access to and from the restaurant, pools and beach. This was especially great since we travelled with two younger kids. The staff in all areas treated us with great service and respect which is something we really appreciated. All in all super happy about our stay amd would definitely come back again.

Hôtel magnifique , très belle décoration intérieure , suite spacieuse et toute équipée , magnifique espace piscine et vue incroyable : Burj khalifa , hôtel Atlantis ,Burj Al Arab . Par contre il y avait des méduses dans l’eau donc nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner en mer. Le fait d être sur la Palm a fait que notre séjour a été reposant car moins d effervescence qu’à Downtown . Le personnel était très gentil ,professionnel et réactif à chacunes de nos demandes . Le parking gratuit a été aussi très appréciable .

Beautiful

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was a washing machine in the room, but even after running the dryer for about 10 hours, the clothes didn’t dry. Overall, the electrical system seemed a bit weak, and the breaker tripped twice during our stay. However, when I called the front desk, they responded immediately. The staff were all friendly and provided courteous service. Thank you very much!

The place is nice specially with family but nothing around it you have to drive at list 20 min to get the first supper market

On avait pris le logement avec demi pension:déception totale,on dirait une cantine pas un hotel de 5*!!

Everything was perfect! My apartment was very nice with fabulous ocean view. Staff is perfect, especially Ahmad at reception desk. We will come back here again definitely! Looking forward to see you soon.

The staff, ie the reception, cleaners and the restaurant staff were so polite, attentive, very helpful and the room service staff

Very nice clean, the service excellent, and I highly recommended this property.

This is the second time I have stayed here, I stayed before a few months ago and when I checked-in Katarin recognised me from before. This was especially surprising as I understand they go through lots of guests through the year. Katarin was really helpful, warm, kind and courteous throughout my stay.
