We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend. Only concern is that hotel mgmt has to deal with marina bay mgmt to see how to reduce the noise created by Irish pub. Even we shut all window, it can still hear every single word of the music. It's absolutely a noise for every room guest who stay the room facing to marina bay. I've no idea how such a big sound from the pub where pub visitors can hear anything except the music. Indeed, it's not necessary to have a such big volume music which affects hotel visitor and the residents living nearby

It was on the circuit so I liked watching cars.

Horrible stay not worth the money 1200 $ for 2 nights. Misleading description of the room indicates there’s a transport to Yas Beach which was not provided “ not available “ they should have updated the price accordingly. Breakfast was below standard, even coffee wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money go for less expensive hotel with same quality.

Excellent. Pristine exterior and interior, very comfortable beds, room was spacious, clean and organized, and above all, fantastic service from every member of the hotel staff-even a slight hiccup regarding a takeout delivery order being turned away at the front desk (prior to our arrival) was graciously acknowledged and compensated for. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service to family and myself

Fabulous hotel with a unique experience and location. Be cautious of room arrangements though. We booked a twin room for our family of four, and on arrival this was two single beds! The hotel were extremely obliging and helpful to resolve our situation, however the description on Expedia needs to be clearer. We dealt with the hotel directly for resolution as it’s too difficult navigating Expedia to resolve a booking issue.

Was a great get away to attend J-Lo concert in Abu Dhabi

Just the valet parking takes time. Helped by Mr. Omar in lobby. Very helpful.

We have stayed at the W 6 times now over the last 2 years. The hotel is excellent but its the staff that make it, too many to mention, but Grace, Fred, Constantine, Chetan, and Joynal make our days a dream there! A outstanding customer experience, one million percent recommend and cant wait to be back

2nd stay at the W, the hotel is beautiful, but the staff make it special, a special shout out to the wet deck team who always go above and beyond to make the experience special, well done guys

Great staff

Overall was not a great experience. Check in was chaotic, no one has a clue who was serving who which in turn led to disagreements with guests. Purposely requested a suite with a track view and was given a marina view. The noise until 4am each night was phenomenal, roof bar and establishments around the Marina. Each morning I repeatedly asked housekeeping if they would kindly not keep slamming the doors when entering and leaving rooms to clean, but nothing changed. The doors do not soft close, they just slam continuously. 9am in the morning there would be around 10/15/20 people lined up for a coffee with 1 person serving.

Make sure to stop at the brunch. Great vibes

This hotel is really everything you were looking for. If you're staying at this island, it has a tailored pool for kids separate for adults. Multiple restaurants. The most amazing breakfast buffet I have ever encountered but most of all the kindness of the staff is unmatched. The comfort of the rooms and of course you can hear the racing cars from 9. :00 to 10:30 in the evening sometimes but honestly does not disturb at all
