There are stairs up to and down from the lobby which is very dark and lowly lit. The elevators are small, but efficient. There were only two outlets in the room and neither was near the bed. The lighting in the room is very dim.

The hot water was not hot the first night however the kind desk representative fixed it Immediately and was fine the second night , the bathroom fan was always on and very loud Your website said the price quote was all I was to pay, however that was a lie I owed more at the hotel , not good !

The staff were the highlight of this hotel. Such friendly, highly responsive and helpful people. The housekeeping staff also was so kind and communicative. This location is hard to beat and it’s surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere—from the park to museums, shows and restaurants easily and safely from the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location great. Clean and comfortable bed. Halls too dark in the rooms a bit small. No chair if you have to do work but they did bring a folding chair.

Room was a typical size for NYC about the same size as soho grand . Bathroom was new , bed mattress wasn't the most comfortable but for 2-3 nights would be fine. Room was clean however I could hear when the room next door shower went on.

Hotel looks like no one has invested a penny in it in 20 years. Window was literally held together with duct tape. A/C didn’t work. Staff was great though.

It was a good stay in the hotel. Very convenient location to Central Park and shopping. The rooms are dark and the lighting was not great. The bed and bath is renovated hence it’s ok. Does not have a gym or swimming pool so very basic hotel.
