Did not like that I could not control the AC in the hotel room. It was way too warm. It was colder in the hallway and lobby. The music was blasting way too loud in the lobby area. I did like the little freebies. The lavender pouches and shower steamers were nice. The coffee was good.

We thought breakfast was complementary. We realize it wasn’t. There was flies on the food. The young lady did change out one tray that the fly was actually on, but she didn’t change out the other two..
Didn’t understand why it had to pay for parking in a hotel where I was staying

Best stay in Minnesota. Everything very high end and the rooms super comfortable. The staff and front desk were excellent, super professional and friendly.
However, the only things I dont like is the cleaning of the rooms every other day. They will clean at request but I feel this is an excuse to limit the expense of payroll.

This hotel was greater than what we were expecting. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere is elegant and modern. There are a few restaurants just next to the hotel in addition to what the hotel offers. WiFi was manageable, but wouldn't be great for heavy use or upload/download or streaming unless you pay to upgrade. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again if in Minneapolis. Also super close and convenient if going to the Mall of America.
