AC Hotel by Marriott Nashville Downtown

Phenomenal! As a person who travels many times and have found myself in areas and situations that are not welcoming to me, this hotel treated me with the upmost respect. Thank You!

Superior service by staff

The property is great for an elevated weekend on Broadway! The pillows are a little uncomfortable. Could use some new ones.

Wow!! We had an amazing time at the AC Marriott in downtown Nashville. It was very clean and welcoming. The gentleman that checked us in Thursday July 17th was a rockstar!!! The pool and bar staff were very friendly and efficient. We had the best time hanging out at the pool :)

The only this I was not a fan of way the 55$ a night to park after paying for our room. They have zero parking. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Chair in room very bad, they replaced. Water all over floor next morning from air conditioner. They repaired. Had to have fan all day to dry up wet. Only coffee enough for one person, had to ask for and they gave it. After all this they didn’t check with us or give us any refund at all.

Water pressure is horrible.... but generally a very nice room. Comfortable beds.

Stay was great. I came here for the rooftop pool and bar. Great view of the city and just a block over from Broadway.

Great little stay while we eloped and visited the city for the 4th and a concert. Great location close enough to broadway but far enough to escape the craziness if needed

The only good thing was pool and guys at valet parking were friendly and helpful

Elevators are quite slow and there are only two. You’ll be thinking of taking the stairs quite often. Had a few rooms issue with reservations, so multiple trips down the elevators to the front desk is arduous. Staff was friendly but understaffed

This was our first and last time we will stay at this hotel. The location was not convenient nor was the access to areas in the hotel. Registration is on the sixth floor, which is not convenient. There’s only two elevators in an 18 floor building so the wait on the elevator was very long and the elevators were very packed! When we checked in, we were not told of any of the bar, pool or lounge areas and where they were located. We did not realize they had a restaurant that served breakfast or that you could get lunch out by the pool We had no idea what the hotel offered. The room was very plain and did not feel like it was a place you could relax. It was very clean, but not comfortable. Check-in was very stressful as well.

There is a deposit of $100.0/nt even if you select pay at the property. They will run your card the night before and cancel your room if it isn’t collected. There are no dressers in the room. Thr rooftop bar is phenomenal and so is the pool. But the pool was way too busy to find a seat (it’s shared with the SpringHill and another one that I don’t remember the name of). We had a newborn and there were no cabanas available to rent and nowhere to sit, so we ended up having to forgo most of our pool plans. Our oldest was pretty disappointed. Overall, nice property, but thr pool exclusive so it doesn’t even make sense to pay that much more to stay at AC vs. the others unless you just want access to the rooftop.

Beautiful property with fast efficient cleaning staff. Need more wait staff at the dining areas as I was ignored and got faster service calling Uber Eats. However the week we stayed here was comfortable and a place I would happily recommend. Hats off to the check in staff who surprised us with our anniversary by making a wonderful gesture decorating our room.

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway. A few of the staff were a little curt at times but overall most were super helpful and nice. We would stay again.
