Recomend better buffet

Great place to stay for the weekend. The location is in the center of a great neighborhood and fairly close to Capital Hill area.

The place is good overall. The building is new and clean. It is quiet in a good neighborhood and walkable everywhere. The reception stuff can be more friendly.

Our room was very well appointed and sparkly clean. Very comfy bed, awesome shower, very quiet, delicious breakfast.

Needs a better solution for parking.

A fantastic hotel, very nice decorated and looked after by their amazing staff. The room was very spacious and quiet despite being in vicinity of a highway.

The property and room was nice but wish there were lunch sandwiches or breakfast sandwiches to go or for a limited time maybe up to 12:00 pm. I also wish there was coffee and water in the lobby. Since you do not offer food or coffee the front desk should have a list of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The customer service was great with all Staff interactions.

a couple of things I wish I would’ve known before booking this hotel: the cleaning staff does not pay attention to details. There was dirt, hair, and crumbs around all edges of the floor toothpaste splatters on the faucet of the bathroom, and hair is in the shower. The bathroom door is sliding glass, which does not slide close to the wall so there is about an inch gap around the door- enough to see in and out of the bathroom. Because the door is glass, if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, it lights up the entire room. The bathroom light seemed to be on a timer and would shut off mid shower.

They only want to service your room every other day. Breakfast is overpriced

Should have reaearched nearby restaurant options within walking distance as alternatives to hotel amenities. Very nice accomodations. Front desk needs more training on communicating consistent accurate info to guests.

I likes the idea of the Cafe but the service and availability for selection of items was not consistent especially on weekends. The area seemed understaffed.

最近できたホテルなので、建物や設備は綺麗でとても良かったです。部屋に冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、アイロンがあります。ミネラルウォーターも2本あります。 6泊しましたが、夜部屋に戻ると掃除がされておらず、翌日フロントで依頼すると、翌日は掃除されてました。ただ、その後も掃除されておらず、フロントで依頼しないといけませんでした。 部屋に電話がありますが、使い方が書かれていません。テレビのホテル情報の表示など探しましたが見つかりませんでした。結局、フロントにも電話できませんでした。 ホテルの立地は、中心部まで徒歩で20分ほどです。途中にセブンイレブンがあって便利ですが、その周辺のが少し危険な感じもします。
