Not enough clothing handling

Great stay

Very clean and modern design rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed are horrible and you can hear music so loud from a neighboring bar pretty much until 2 am every night

Great place to stay, great location, and a block from the beach! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Room is clean and spacious. Literally minimalistic. Very close to the beach. $38 per night valet parking (no discount for hotel guests) $20 per person for breakfast - not recommended. Food here does not taste good.

Very clean property. The room facing the intercostal was on the 9th floor with a balcony. The view was excellent. The in room refrigerator worked well for us.

It was a great stay. Celebrating an anniversary and pop the question to my GF and she said yes. The rooms were really nice, coozy and elegant. Will be returning soon

Beautiful and clean hotel. Staff members especially Richard at the pool bar was so friendly and welcoming. You don’t need to go far for your needs and lots of dining options.

Location and walkable

I have to be completely honest the price vs the place did not match. It was not horrible, however the pool bar area was blend, no vibe, no lights, no DJ, same for the roof top. The floors in the rooms were sandy, the bed covers had a peculiar smell. Room cleaning service did not exist the first two days we were there. I had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was good, however overpriced. Valet parking for guest should be included in the reservation. My sister had to pay an additional $35 per night to keep it parked and we were there from Thursday to Monday. I do have to mention the staff is friendly and the lobby is nice.

Customer service was not good. At check in, no info given just room key. Had to call fown to get info on pool hrs, breakfast and etc. The room tv didn't work, then had to switch rooms. The new room had two queen beds and very uncomfortable that i couldn't sleep. Very loud air conditioners like airplane flying by. Mood/ vibe if hotel not good.
