酒店内部装饰比较陈旧，到了该翻修的时候了。周边环境虽然交通方便，但是比较脏乱。总的体验一般。但是距离LGA机场很近，这是最大的优势。

Poor environment and poor sanitation.

We had to book a room last minjte as our flight home had been canceled. This hotel was absolutely terrible. They did nkt even see our reservation when we checked in. The air conditioning in the room wasnt on, it smelled like cat urine. The paint was peeling off of the walls. Thank goodness we were only there a cohple hours until our rebooked flight the next morning. No one could even relax enough to fall asleep for the couole of hours we were there. No one used the shower as it was just as gross as the rest of the room.

My son had a soccer tournament and I decided to stay here with my wife and the family. Stay away from this place. Front desk office looks like a liquor store in a bad neighborhood. Bullet proof and all. We booked two nights but we cancel the second night. They were suppose to refund the second night. Stay away from this place. Place is dirty and unsafe. Rooms smell.

I would rather sleep in an NYC bus than stay in this unsanitary, dirty and rodent infested dump they state is a 3 star hotel. Needs to be inspected by Expedia. We checked out at 4:30am after checking in at 3:30am and slept in the rental car. The only good thing about the place was the man that checked us out at the front desk. He tried to offer us another room which was equally bad. Although Expedia refunded our money after a long battle over emails and messages, they did deny us outright stating it was against the hotel’s policy. Expedia needs to do thorough inspection of the properties they list before others become victims of false advertisement and claims. I have used Expedia for over 15 years and expect them to do better going forward. If not, the options are endless.

Very dirty very bad very old. The hotel needs some cleaning and repair very sad and annoying. The hotel should be a 0 stars.

Roaches everywhere they stole my socks

Rundown, dimly lit. Toilet didn’t flush and sink wouldn’t fully shut off. Got the TV to turn on, but stuck on Telemundo as the remote had no batteries. I guess $231 for one night doesn’t get you much these days.

Everything about that place was HORRIBLE. My key NEVER worked. The bed was hard as a rock. The phone was disconnected. The tv barely had basic cable. No fridge. No microwave. The desk didn’t have a chair. The shower curtain was COVERED in black mold. The walls and ceiling had tape and questionable stains in numerous places. If I could rate this place a ZERO out of ten, I’d give it a -7.

Terrible place to stay. This place is disgusting. They don't clean like they have in years, I think. Everything is full of dust and bugs. The bathroom is dirty. The bed isn't clean at all. Don't stay here.

The most disgusting place i have ever stayed in, Im not able to call it a hotel, everything was disgustingly, the washroom sink was black all around it and clogged, everything in the top and washroom was covered with dirt, the walls, mirrors, doors full of dirt and the floor, the bed full of dust like an abandoned place; the curtain in the washroom had a strong smell of pee and was completely dirty all over, not to mention the elevator being all dirty, smelly and not working properly, the hallways were disgustingly filthy and smells like a garbage place. We asked other guests about their experience and they had the same experience as us. This place should be closed down, is not safe for People to stay there.
