Nice hotel

It was so noisy and staff couldn't do anything about people screaming in hallway at 5 am drunk

Great location on the beach

I feel little room is okay and not hot water in bathroom, I don't looking out beach in window. Thank you

The food was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very friendly and the room with partial ocean view was what city people surrounded by brick walls dream of! The rooftop gave a gorgeous view of the ocean, sky and boardwalk. We see coming back to catch the beauty during off season

We stayed at the Allegria and loved it. The 8th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows was incredible. Now, the one caveat: at 7:30 AM, the rooftop turns into an outdoor nightclub disguised as a fitness class. Extremely loud music that shakes the entire 8th floor and wakes you up if you’re trying to sleep in. We had a sound machine that did nothing. It’s a repetitive bass beat that turns the room into a subwoofer, shaking the glass shelves and lamps. Easily fixable. Use normal music or no music at all, or maybe push class start time back so guests can actually enjoy those stunning sunrises without an involuntary EDM rave. Until then, pack earplugs or join the class, because either way you’ll be moving at 7:30 AM sharp. Still, a beautiful hotel and worth the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely room, excellent facilities and very friendly, helpful staff and ideal location.

The RT pool was great! Gina and Patrick were so kind and friendly Shout out to the security at the door…excellent lady and very good at her role

This was a last minute family trip. I have to say that the staff at the front desk was amazing. Thank you so much to Sharon, Hadigah and Marsha that made sure that we had everything we needed and accommodated us. From upgrade request to late check out (last minute). You are the best!. The hotel is beautiful, clean, amazing view and great customer service. We can't wait to return. Thanks again

Tv had two working channels - and I asked for maintenance to come up and they came and said “working” and left. Noisy hallways.

Pillows were oversized and uncomfortable. Sleep comfort is key. Mattress comfort was better than the last time

Location

The rollaway bed I requested was delivered in a timely manner. The maid service was very good. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The elevator is slow. Unfortunately a guest was smoking in a room and the fire alarm went off in the wee hours waking my grandchildren up, but actually it's reassuring to know that the fire alarm works.

Being near the beach, great staff, good food.

It was my 2nd time staying this

The staff were very attentive however our first night there the smoke alarm went off throughout the building waking everyone up. The fire department had to come and it took close to 45 minutes to get the alarm to stop. Later in the night another alarm went off in the hallway - it took about 30 minutes for that alarm to stop. Staff were apologetic, however compensation should have been offered.
