Perfect location to hospital. Rooms are perfect for a quick stay. Free parking was a surprising perk! Great store plaza within walking distance.

Last minute trip and needed dog friendly. Third time at an aloft hotel and found everything to either meet or exceed expectations.

Room was not particularly clean and at check in at 1 am, there was no pillows

Great hotel. Nice location. The staff in the morning was a bit lax and didn't have coffee cups available. I asked for some and he disappeared and never came back lol.

Arrivered to find the carpet wet from the ac. The desk canged our room promply

I drove down from Rhode Island, got to the hotel about 130 pm not realizing that check in was for 4pm! They accommodated me and allowed me to check in earlier. I am grateful for that as i was tired from the long drive!

Parking terrible; everything else fantastic. Staff were especially patient and resourceful, especially in dealing with parking limitations. Room is comfy, trendy, and clean. Disabled folks, please be aware that all parking is limited and you may be asked to park in a secondary lot 0.2 miles away.

A good experience - staff was friendly and the facilities were well maintained. The hotel is convenient to the Chapel Hill area.

Convenient to UNC Chapel Hill with easy access and parking. Impeccably clean room, pleasant staff and safe and inviting area. I highly recommend.

Everything started off amazingly. We had a wonderful person check us in early, as we arrived before 12. It was great to be able to get into our room early and relax. The hotel is really fun and has wonderful touches, like pool with floaties and a pool table. So why did I end up giving this hotel a terrible? Well, the fire alarm went off at around 10:30am, we had to evacuate and stand in the rain thanks to the tropical storm for 2.5 hours. We were finally able to go back in at midnight just to have the fire alarm go off at 1:30am and 2am. So it was just terrible! No rest whatsoever. The fire alarm was malfunctioning. The worst part is there was no apology of any kind from any staff members for keeping us out in the rain for 2.5 hours.
