Great city and airport

was in 2425 as was awakened all night with strange outdoor noise

Check in was super easy and staff was very informative and helpful!

Great location with a nice downtown river view. Staff was very friendly, valet parking was convenient, and the rooms were clean, comfy, and nice. We stayed for a concert at Fiserv Forum and would definitely stay again!

I would like to see that they offer FREE parking

Nice staff and room

The staff was terrific. I was able to check in my room a little early & out a little later. That was very helpful to a weary traveler. My only complaint about the room would be the outside noise. I could hear people in the hallway, cars on the street outside. It made for sleeping a bit difficult. The carpets were a bit stained and bunched up but other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable!

Valet Service, $45 a day; car parked 20 feet in front of door. The lighting in the room was limited and dim. No amenities worth paying this much for a room. Disappointed at the 'lackluster' experience.

Great decor and extra courteous cleaning staff who insisted we exit the elevator before them and were very friendly in the hallway.

Overcharged, tv doesn’t work, shower head broke so couldn’t shower either.

Literally the most comfortable beds ever! A tv with Netflix and a waterfall shower what more could you want.

Hotel would not refund for travel changes 2 weeks in advance. Terrible service and would highly recommend you choose differently.

The location is great, but the rooms are pretty worn out (e.g., chipped doors, cracked counters, scuffed paint). That part would have been ok, but to make matters worse, the iron apparently had rust in the steam vents and ruined a white dress shirt with rust colored splotches, and when we returned to the hotel late after a wedding, water was leaking from the ceiling over the bed.

I really enjoyed that the beds were so comfortable and the shower pressure was absolutely delightful.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was inviting. I didn’t find the pillow situation very comfortable. The Tv remote was iffy. The breakfast offerings were adequate and tasty. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The staff were amazing. Valet was easy and quick. The room was fine. There were NO USB ports anywhere in the room - we've stayed in cheap motels that have them - it made the room seem really dated. So nowhere to charge your phone. Also would have been nice to leave a card in the room or front desk to let us know there is no daily housekeeping. This is a minor thing, but irritating - there is absolutely nowhere by the sink to hang the hand drying towel. So the sink is outside the room where the toilet and shower are. There's no hook or rail - where do you put the towel? Outside was super noisy at 2 am - not really a complaint, we travel all over to major cities, but I can see someone absolutely hating the noise.
