The staff was fantastic!!

This is a plain, bare bones, nothing at all special hotel that makes no attempt to up their game in any way. Rooms are small, bare but comfortable and the front desk staff rude and cold. We stayed the night before down the street at the Doubletree which is also strictly an overnight shuttle hotel to LGA and at the same price that hotel is a zillion times nicer.

Great stay. Decent sized room, very cool lounge area in the lobby with games. Only downside was some flickering lights in the room and extremely loud minifridge kicking on and off. Would recommend.

The room was very comfortable. The food from the restaurant was very good. The staff helpful and professional.

Great staff and lobby

Lobby was very nice with a bar and able to order some good food. Room was clean and one of the nicer places I've stayed in. 45 minute walk from Citi Field which made it very easy for me since that's what I was there for.

The rooms were very nice other than a dead bird on the outside of my window that it looks like it was there for a while. Friendly staff and I love that they have an airport shuttle.

We stayed here because we had a late flight in and a really early flight out We used Lyft to get into the city and it was seamless The hotel was very clean The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly even at 430am ha The room was very clean and quiet We were in a corner room on the second floor The staff was kind and happy We had everything we needed and the food truck next to the parking lot was excellent We will definitely come back Oh and it’s only a 5 min drive to LGA

Spacious room design with comfortable chairs. Nice in hotel restaurant with excellent foods - my favorite was their seafood with shrimp and crab meat.

No flexibility for cancellation when an emergency came up.

Check in was great. Staff gave us water when we asked about any complimentary water. Restaurant is a bar type food place and food was good, not great but that's bar food quality. Room was NY style, small but efficient. The one thing that upset us was the coordination of the shuttle. Trying to line up in order was chaos. No one there to manage the line and the unfortunate behavior of people who no manners. If this was managed better, then the review would be flawless.

The queen beds were super comfortable, and the shower head was adjustable!!! It was quick ride to Citi Field for our concert!!

This hotel is conveniently located near LaGuardia Airport. It’s clean and feels quite new. The rooms are typical Marriott size with everything you need for a short stay. I didn’t use the bar or cafe but they looked inviting and the menu was good. The room faced the airport and major road but I didn’t hear any noise!

Check in staff was very rude, hard to get in with an uber

Between Expedia and the hotel, there was a difference in when the shuttle arrives. It was confirmed twice with Aloft that the shuttle does start at 4A, not 430A which is what Expedia has. There was no information leaflet in the hotel room to indicate how check out works, the airport shuttle times and location, and where ice is located. Also I’m not sure what the deal is with the shower design, but the water takes way too long to cool. If you pre-pay, you are still charged $100 for a damage fee, waiting for this to be returned to me. They do have reception 24 hours, the hotel is quite hip inside. Up date these, and it’s a great stay!

Reservation was for 2 beds and they had no 2 bed rooms available. Their solution was free breakfast and an air mattress. I did not pay for an air mattress. If that’s what I wanted, I would have spent $60 on one, not $500
