The beds are no good

Clean, everything worked in room. Staff friendly, helpful and cheerful. Sara is a asset to your company. Went out of her way to find out an answer for me.

I've stayed here many times since 2011 and never had issues, last time I stayed the tv didn't work (missing cable connections) the time before that the hot tub in my room didn't work, I had a broken knee at the time and was using a walker and was put on the second floor (there's no elevator) staff only offered a partial refund, a hot tub room was available on the first floor the next night and I wanted to stay, they charged me 50.00 (management before them would have not charged)

It was kinda run down which it’s an old building so I get it but the person in the room above me was so loud it sounded like they was running back and forth until 3 am. I couldn’t sleep and there was holes patch with tape in the bathroom

Hair in tub (gross). Limited breakfast offering. Need to update. Shady people in parking lot. Motor home in parking lot appears to be lived in. Do not recommend

The run down campers made it feel unsafe.

Drape was broken, so they moved us which was nice. People smoking outside our room and it smelled of smoke. No hot food for breakfast.

People knocking on the door all hours of the night it was bad

Carpet had holes and stains. Heater/cooler unit smelled funny and wasn't accurate to the temperature guage so 61 degrees was hot but thats as low as it would go. Handle to shower broke. Tub had jets but no way to turn it on. Few plugs to charge or run things. Bathroom light was very dim and few lights were burnt out. Bed is not the most comfortable but theres enough sheets to stay warm and they're clean. Neighbors were not loud but parking is awful. Cops patrol the parking lot, concerning but also comforting. Lots of campers parked in the lot making for even less parking. "Breakfast included" involves a coupon so really its not included. Staff arent friendly and they ignore you as much as they can when you go to the front office. The room itself is large. The couch was smelly and stained.

The hot tub is great! Other than that was terrible

Urine stains and other bodily fluids all over the sheets. Wouldn’t bring your kids.

There is some many sketchy people walking around here cars on blocks and a group of guys removing an engine on a car in parking lot even .

Comfortable, clean and spacious room! Good breakfast and friendly staff!

The bed was super comfy, and the staff was very nice.

Homeless people parked in the lot. Very unsafe

Fine for a quick stay.
