WiFi was good bed was king size as advertised and comfortable and shower pressure was good and hot.
But….room was noisy beyond acceptable both from street and from the corridor and elevators.
Hard to sleep as flashing lights from billboards right outside of room kept going all night and hard to completely shut them out. There is a bar open for a few hours in the evening but no room service and no food. The room keys operate both the elevator and the door to the room and they failed to function at least once a day. Overpriced considerably at over 600 bucks a night

The king-sized mattress may have not been changed in years or longer. It was SOFT and lumpy like the pillows. My back ached throughout our stay.
We have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times without complaint. The clerk did not ask us about our stay. Just as well.

The atmosphere and decor were fun, but the rooms left something to be desired. Pet odor and bugs in first room we were in. Second room, the floor tiles were broken and moved under our feet, and the shower flooded the bathroom with every use, no matter what we tried.
