Loved the ocean view room!!

It way too expensive to be in such disrepair and ocean view was having to look way over to the right to catch a glimpse but we were in room 203. Also, our room was not very clean and the comfort had rips in it.

Great room for the price. Clean and comfortable

There was no staff that you saw you jist talked to a copluter. The coffe was out.

Overall its ok..buggest complaint is no elevators... overall clean, if you can get a good deal, its worth it... no live customer service, all done through a kiosk.. grab n go breakfast as expected, nothing special but perfect if traveling through ans need a decent nights sleep...

Cons: no elevators Pros: it was an average hotel.. not fancy .. but perfect if you can get it at a good rate and traveling through.. overall clean.. close to the beach.. the breakfast was as described- grab n go.. You check in with a kiosk, never spoke to 1 lerson who worked there, at 1 point a worker saw me as i was coming in to ask for something and they immediately went around the corner.. it was weird, but the kiosk person was helpful and quick..

Would not recommend, even if it is close to the beach. No staff - check in is a kiosk where you speak to an agent in the Philippines. Room was old, dirty, and outdated. The homeless people in tents camped across the street were noisy.

We could see the ocean through the fog, our second floor back window. It does back an RV park, but that was not an issue at all. The room was clean and quiet with very efficient check-in. Shower heat and water. Pressure was great. Convenient parking. Breakfast was mini muffins, granola bars, apples, and coffee. Overall, it was a great day. I highly recommend.

Aged property with some attempts at updating. Bed was best part of the deal, but overall this property was overpriced

The view was the only good thing The bed was way to hard. There is no one there to help you. Very impersonal. There was no breakfast like the pictures show or they said there would be. Do not stay here

The person in the kiosk did a great job with what you provided. But check in kiosk was a horrible idea. It probably looks good on paper. It was an off-putting stunted and disturbing experience. The whole thing gave off this vibe: “we can have a $2/ day poor 3rd world person with good English service 15 properties from and save money!” I am now going to have to ask if a human being is on staff from now on. Which is just one more additional repellent thing to have to do—just for a vacation.

I thought the hotel room was lovely. Large, clean, comfortable bed. Like others, I found the kiosk check in to be a little creepy and the audio wasn't great. I'm sure it's efficient for them but it's not the most welcoming. I didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment there. But the room was lovely.

Not a bad stay. Cool little town

The room was clean enough, but the mattress was clearly old and a little saggy. The floor was showing signs of disrepair. Overall not bad for the $$.

The beds were comfortable and our room had a great view of the ocean, we'll stay here next time we go to Crescent City.

The only thing that can be improved is having people at reception to help you with the check inn, it has a machine with a remote person that does not work well, but the staff is super friendly and has very beautiful views

My main complaint is the extremely dirty floors in the room. The moment we walked in the kids kicked off the shoes and writhing minutes the socks were dirty. We contacted the front desk and nothing changed the next day.
